The staff is amazing! My son is autistic and they are extremely patient with him. Also there isn't enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Speller is! She is incredibly kind, patient and over all just amazing with kids! She is absolutely the best!

My experience at Sunshine started off so well and ended so horribly wrong. My son went there for treatment and they stated he would have to come back to get his dental work completed and initially the scheduled an appointment for June 2023 . My son needs an extraction and now they saying they don't have any available appointments. When I asked can I just get his records transferred to another dentist the reception got nasty of course. Smh, is this what it has come to? Can anyone render customer service without their nasty attitudes. You may not care about my son's dental needs but I do so I take it seriously even if you don't. Just do better

Love them!! My little girl is very stubborn but they make her feel so comfortable, she opens right up!!! Would definitely recommend to other parents!!

My son has been going here for 3 years and they are great. My child is very difficult when it comes to the dentist. And they make him comfortable enough to do the work they need to do. Excellent!!!

Today was my 2 children's first visit and it will be the last! When I got to the front desk, I was not greeted by any of the ladies. It took them a little while to even say anything. Then one of the ladies greeted the man behind me. They weren't friendly at all. I thought it would get better in the back. No...The hygienist sounded and reacted very impatient with my son who is 6 years old. She took him into x-ray while I wait in the room. For a little while I was hearing a female who sounded very frustrated. She was loud and unprofessional. So I decided to peak outside to see who this lady was talking to and it was my son. She was forceful and unprofessional. She is the hispanic lady. I wasn't in the room with my daughter, but she came out and said they hurt her gum and was rough. I hate that I brought my children here thinking they was in good hands because of these good reviews. I trusted that this was a good place, but it's the worst dental experience. I seen how kindly they spoke to the other children, but why treat mine different? They are fake. The only good thing that kind out of it was the doctor. She was very professional and kid friendly. I don't know what was up with the rest of the staff. I really regret taking my children here. I do not recommend this place and wish I never even called. I only gave a 2 because of the doctor.

After having just moved to Sumter, my child was complaining of dental pain. I was able to get online and schedule an appointment with a short wait period. The service we received was perfect as this was my child's first dental visit. The doctor even offered same day treatment to relieve his pain, she was wonderful with him. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Dr Speller is an exceptional Dentist. My kids are always greeted with warm welcomes which makes them feel safe and taken care of. The doctor and her staff are very attentive. I love how detailed and involved they are with what's going on with each patient. We've been going here for a few years and have not a single complaint. Thank you for all you do Sunshine Dental.

Had to take my son to the dentist today for his appointment. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The techs and dentists did a phenomenal job letting not only me but my son know what was going on. Would definitely reccomend them for your dental needs.

Dr Speller and her staff were friendly and professional. The staff had patience with my 3yr old and made her feel comfortable throughout her cleaning. I'm definitely glad I decided to change my daughter dentist.
