My family and I have been coming to Sunshine Dental in Gulf Breeze for the last eight years. They have wonderful customer service the minute I walk in the building to leaving. Leanne at the front desk is wonderful person. Doc is personable each time she sees me. Thank you for many more amazing years to come.

My son really enjoyed this office but after the way that I was treated because of their error in submitting a claim for him, I will not use them. Even while on the with my insurance agent the front office manager wanted to make sure to blame for her error would not be hers. To not even let me complete my paperwork for my appointment is unacceptable. I'm sorry but customer service is so very important in today's world.

Ms. LeeAnn makes me feel like family. Dr. Rak and Ally gave me a beautiful smile. Valerie keeps my smile beautiful. I'm so grateful for Sunshine Dental!

I am an existing customer with this Dental Office. The two most recent times I made an appointment, both were cancelled without any notification. The first time (11/18/21) I was there at 7:45 am, waited util around 8:05 to call because it was obvious that no one was in the building. (they open at 8:00 am) I didn't see anyone come in until 8:20 am. I walked to the door it was still locked, so I called again. That's when they informed me that they couldn't see me because the doctor wasn't going to be in. That could have been an emergency so I let it go. Today, (12/02/21) I walk in for my 10:00 am appointment at 9:45 am. Once again, I'm informed that they have cancelled my appointment. When I asked why, the lady at the desk tells me because I didn't respond to their text to confirm my appointment. I then showed her my phone to prove that I replied "yes" to confirm. She then wasted about 5 minutes trying to prove to me that they didn't get my response. Instead of using that time to try and find a solution, she wastes time trying to make her computer work to prove to me that they didn't get my response. I didn't get a "let's see what we can do, let's see if we can fit you in later today, or later this month". I was simply told there's nothing they can do. I understand appointment systems are not perfect, but the lack of customer service is just not acceptable. Twice in two weeks. I can't be the only one this is happening to

I am so glad I found this office. The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They are very good with children. I little girl already fell in love with them. Bring your kids here so they can have positive experience with dental care, something they will benefit for life.

I came here because I kept getting the run around with other dentists as I had a tooth that just hurt. People thought I was out to get drugs and she was the first dentist to actually listen to me and not judge me. She figured out the problem and now I'm pain free. I'm also not scared of going to the dentist anymore because of her.

Extremely fortunate I ran into this place. There is so much to say about this super Dentist office....Let me start first with LeeAnn (front desk)..She is awesome!! Extremely kind and informative. She continuously goes above and beyond! She creates the most pleasant experience possible for going to the dentist. Peggy (x-ray tech) is also super! Very gentle and makes you feel at ease. She spends time to explain what and why. Dr Rak is very courteous and explains your options very thoroughly. She is out for the best interest in you and doesn't treat you like "just another patient". Very personal. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and review your x-rays with you so you actually get a sense of what's going on. I will absolutely follow my dental plan they have recommended for me and continue coming here. I love that they really explain what they're doing and what needs to be done and don't make you feel rushed. I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you Sunshine Dental for making me feel at ease and taking care of my smile :)

Save yourself some headache and use a different dentist. Office staff is rude and it seems like they only want to work on issues that benefit them financially. I tried to get in for a sensitive tooth but they wouldn't see me for that..I'll find a doctor who listens to thier patients. Your response below is untrue, an appointment was never scheduled because you wanted to follow your treatment plan. I re-emphasised my discomfort and requested an appointment to address my current issue and was told that I would need to go see a periodontist. No need to discuss making further appointments because I will not return to your office.

Good staff and fair priced. I would recommend. Was nice and not like a normal dentist/doctor office. Lea Ann and Jen were nice and courteous, and Peggy was good at cleaning teeth. Dr rak and assistant thorough with exam and explained stuff.
