This! Is. THE place to be if you want a good dentist office. Not only are the staff well dressed, even down to the kicks, but they are also all so sweet and good looking! The dentist that I work with is so amazing. I drive an hour away every time I have an appointment, but I have never been left dissatisfied or in pain. They fixed my front tooth today, look at the picture, you can't even tell it's not real! 5/5 for cleanliness as well. 5/5 timeliness. I never wait long in the waiting area. 5/5 comfortability. 5/5 friendliness. Staff treats you like family. They care about you and they are genuine people. I hate going to the dentist. But I look forward to coming here. Highly recommend this place. Don't waste your time going to a place that doesn't genuinely care about you as a person. This place is like family. Love you guys! I'm so happy that I was referred to sunshine for dental I had went to a previous dental in was the left with pain called them they called me in right that day and took care of my needs I have a wonderful doctor at forgets his name but he's a wonderful doctor and everyone there is such a sweetheart and Sweethearts and I really enjoyed being there with them and I will be back for my cleaning

Well all I can say for my experience the first thing is there are very neat and clean the receptionist very nice I came in very nervous and scared of the dentist but I had a great experience they treat me nice and make me comfortable the doctor and his assistance are very patient friendly I recommend anyone to come here thank you for making me smile again

My boyfriend went to the dentist he had a cavity and they choose to clean his teeth and they did not remove his tooth it was over a year or something like that I was supposed to be removed so I had to find a different dentist and I found a dentist in downtown Springfield is way better than these people and they still keep calling me and making appointments for my boyfriend when I told him to remove my number and remove his information and they can't even speak English right

Worst experience I ever had I was told things they told me they would do then said no they weren't going to do it I asked when I went there if I could a reline on old dentures or get new dentures and he told me he could reline I'm am no longer going there my dentures are still not done right I'm in more pain than I had when I went there I've had reline before and had no problems not with them I don't recommend this place the only thing they want to do is try to get implants which for someone on a fixed income cannot afford it

If you are a low income person/family this place is not for you. Especially if you're disabled and face further hardships. My phone was broken and I couldn't afford to get it fixed and on until today. Upon getting my phone in working order, I found multiple missed calls and voicemails from today saying if I didn't call to confirm once again, they would cancel on my family and I (including our 2 year old). I called to tell them what had been going on and I'd like to cancel because this was a huge red flag to me, and the receptionist rudely told me to just call them and tell them my phone wasn't working. Apparently people with money think phones magically turn on to call them, and us disabled folks without cars should just walk into the middle of nowhere to find a phone. I wouldn't have known this was happening unless I got my phone back on. Disgusting in today's age to be treated like this, not surprising coming from wilbraham area.

We Are not patients only money to themDentist is good but now all they care about is money last year spent 14,000 dollars and today after I paid them 360 Turn me away because I owe them 28 dollars after all the money spent . I had 2 implants 2 root canals . Before when they where small starting they actually cared about there patients now we are just customers we are me

This was my first time back since all the new protocols were put on place. The office has you wash your hands before entering and then has hand sanitizer and wipes available when you get into the waiting area. Exam areas are separated by plastic curtains. They even have "clean" and "dirty" pens that are sanitized between uses. I felt very safe and that my health and safety were very important to them. It was good to see everyone's friendly faces-even behind masks!
