I went to this dentist for a regular cleaning. Since I am almost 80 years old and had a bad experience with a deep cleaning I did not want this and they refused to do a regular cleaning because of liability issues so I said I would be willing to sign a statement indicating I refused a deep cleaning. They still refused to do a regular cleaning which in my opinion is better than no cleaning at all. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I had my braces for 4 years and my experience there was amazing. Dr. Rojas is the best. The staff there are very nice and professional especially the office manager she even remember me and my sister name.

As you can see, this establishment is rated very low, therefore myself and many other feel the same way. The customer service is trash and the majority of the staff members there are extremely rude and unwelcoming. The biggest disappointment of them all is Georgiana! Not only did she charge me for someone else's treatment plan after giving her my complete information, she felt 110% that I was the crazy one and didn't know what I was talking about. While still trying to understand and explaining the issue with her, she decides to just walk away. And I can understand why her staffs would back her up but not once did any of them decided to double check her mistake to see if she pulled up the CORRECT client file. UNBELIEVABLE!!! It wasn't until after I came back with the treatment plan I left home because you would think they would pull it up on their system, is when they realized they had the wrong name. If I could give this place negatives instead of one star, I definitely would!

Getting worse by the day, every time I get an appointment now, a few days prior I get a call to say they have to reschedule. Then you reschedule for a set time, to be told upon arrival that one child is at 9am and the other at 3pm. I never had these issues before. I will be switch my kids to another dentist. Terrible, no empathy from from desk, and they seem not to care to lose 4 patients.

Unfortunately they only see new patients on Wednesday between 8:30 and 1:00 will be dilighted to find somewhere that has a more accommodating schedule !

Will charge 450$ for one single extraction! Do not go here! Scammers. I had told one of the girls who did my X-rays I was in pain and my cheek was slightly swelling due to infection in my tooth and she didn't even offer any pain meds or antibiotics, I had to legit ask her for them and she seemed very bothered. Save your time, money and look elsewhere.

Today I came in and I explained my pain and some teeth grinding was a result of experiencing triggers connected with my diagnosis (PTSD). The assistant immediately adjusted to make sure he handled me with care and I appreciate that more than anything else. I didn't get his name but I remember seeing "Paco" on his neck. (Thank you so much) The rest of the visit was great as well, but how I was treated meant the most!

I was told by the dentist that I could make an appointment fora free consultation for braces. I went and made a $500 down payment. I changed my mind due to financial issues. They said they can only give me $250. I'm so upset. I had a bad feeling about the office, but didn't listen to my gut. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.

This place doesn't focus on the health of their patients, they focus on marketing themselves their product and services that doesn't make no sense, especially the $35 that is MANDATORY to pay upfront despite having dental coverage when you can do that cleaning at home. On the last visit that I had with them they didn't do that $35 cleaning where then I spoke with the manager and falsely claiming that they had done the cleaning already. I had to explain in depth and threaten to sue them where finally the manager listened and decided to give me the $35 back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The dentist(Rodolfo Acosta, DDS) pulled out my tooth with too little novacaine. I never had him do work in my mouth again. I was constantly laughed at by staff because I developed bad breath due to getting braces and having deep roots. I was told by the orthodontist that I have deep roots. (I originally wanted teeth pulled and invisilign, it wasn't an option. I should have went that route instead). I did constant cleanings, and deep cleanings, nothing worked. I believed if the orthodontist(Patricia Rojas, DDS) didn't push for the braces, I wouldn't have bad breath. I will try my options at laser gum cleaning. It has been a nightmare times a million since getting bad breath due to the braces. ***(Having deep roots and braces should never have been an an option for me.)*** (Staff needs to keep their jokes/opinions to themselves. Speaking in Spanish doesn't mean that I didn't know that you were making fun of me). I know you were making fun of me for a long time.

All they care about is money , if you were dying they wouldn't care . Don't come here . My girl gums are sore and bleeding and they won't see us until we pay something. They refuse to see you unless you pay your monthly payment even though we always pay and didn't pay this month , they won't see us , if I can give it zero stars I would .

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be taken back and once I was it was an absolute nightmare. The X-ray tech cut my gums numerous times while taking the xrays. I felt like I wasn't heard and made to feel bad about the situation my teeth are in. My daughter was supposed to have an appointment there this afternoon but I canceled it. I will not be returning

I had to wait approximately 2 weeks for an "emergency " appt and when I got there I thought it was an ok place. Not too long a wait in the waiting room. The only nice person was a Hispanic nurse that did my X-rays I wish I got her name but she was great! Everything else not so much. Just like the person above in the reviews said it doesn't matter how much pain your in they don't care! If you can't pay hundreds of dollars at that moment everything goes wrong. I was told for an extraction that I needed some antibacterial medication that my insurance did not pay for I asked if I cud pay it n just get one tooth pulled because I've been in crazy pain.... NOPE Once I said I didn't have all that money it went from help to absolutely NO HELP. Tons of X-rays n poking around for hours make my teeth hurt worse. Once I didn't have the hundreds they asked for a simple extraction WAS NOT IN THE DOCTORS "scope" MUST BE A VERY NARROW SCOPE!!!! When I'm done n in tears because they wouldn't help me I was handed a Rx with these exact words" the Dr said to give this to you for pain, but it pretty much wont help u with anything your going thru" WOW!!!!! Ok cool, another dentist office visit down in flames. They wonder y my teeth are that bad HMMMMM maybe cuz nobody will do anything to help!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
