Dr. Hidalgo-Gonzalez received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and South Florida District Dental Association. She has been working as a General and Cosmetic Dentist for over 15 years. Her dental expertise allows her to work with her patients to make a plan for healing, esthetics, and prevention. Dr. Hidalgo-Gonzalez helps her patients achieve their dental goals by making their goals her own and by offering comprehensive dental care in a compassionate and gentle manner Through the use of her dental expertise, technology, and artistry, she can perform from the most basic of procedures such as fillings to more complex treatments, such as dental implants. Dr. Hidalgo-Gonzalez also offers additional cosmetic procedures such as in-office teeth whitening and Invisalign.

The staff at Sunset Smiles are top notch. I started going there when I had a bad toothache and they took me in at the last minute. I have been a patient there ever since. The facility is clean and modern. Dr. Hidalgo is wonderful and her staff are equally so. They make you feel like family.

I've been a patient of Dr. Allison Hidalgo-Gonzalez since 2009. At that time she was located in a small 'mall' located near Killian Driveway and SW 109th Court. She was great then and has only improved over the years! She and her staff (especially Shaula) are the best! I HIGHLY recommend her for ANY dental problems you or family members may have. As far as anyone feeling that she will 'nickel and dime you', that (in my opinion) is BS! Maybe you should start shopping for a better dental insurance plan! Sunset Smiles rules!

Terrible dentist and very bad customer service. She will nickel and dime you and she thinks she knows better than a specialist. You can be crying in pain and she pretty much will tell you too bad. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY!
