Dr. Kim and Dr. Kwon are both my Dentists. I recently had a tooth extracted. I was very nervous. Dr. Kim extracted the tooth and I had zero pain. I followed Instructions - Took my prescribed antibiotics and one week later all is well. Dr. Kwon texted me the evening after the tooth extraction to check on me. I will always be Dr. Kwon's and Dr. Kim's dental patient. Thankyou Nurse Constance

Very friendly and relaxing environment. Dr. Kwon and team was very detailed on my dental procedure. They took their time explaining the process and do ands don'ts. By far ,my go to for my dental needs. Thank you Sunset for making my trip painless and simple~! you guys rock~!

WOW!! This was absolutely the best dental experience, I've ever had! Hands down, they were Covid-19 conscious, from the time I arrived, during and after the process. I felt safe and respected as an individual. The greeter was very pleasant to me, she made sure the pen was sanitize, I was heading back to my car to get one and she stopped me, and stated I'll re-sanitize it for you , I really didn't think much of it because, I usually will go get my own pen as of late. I truly appreciated the kind jester. Every single employee made me fill at home, they were very gentle and understood how difficulty a dental experience could be. But the icing on the cake was Dr. Kwon, he explained the entire process step by step, he often asked how I was doing and feel. I've never felt safer. I don't know about you but, the sound of all the tools are so loud to me and I don't like that, he explained that to me along the way. I relaxed and let him clean my teeth, I guess he felt me teasing up. I've just encounter really bad dentist before and so I don't truly many of them, but I can honestly say, Sunset Dental Professionals should have a 1,000 Stars! Oh I didn't mentioned the best part, so about 8pm or so I get a text message from Dr. Kwon checking in on me, making sure I was comfortable. WOW!! He provided EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE TO ME!! Thank you so much Dr. Kwon, you're truly amazing! Stop looking for a dentist, you've found him Dr. Kwon!!

I can't say enough about this dentist office! I am so glad I found Dr. Kwon and his team. They're by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I first called them after fainting in a hospital after having surgery and falling on my tooth. I was having a lot of pain and Dr. Kwon was able to see me immediately. I've been a few times since and it's been an amazing visit every time. I'm extremely anxious about dental visits and Dr. Kwon is super understanding. He's really patient and makes you feel very comfortable. I never have to wait, they only tell you what you absolutely need and don't try to sell you on a bunch of work you don't need (which I've had happen at many other dental offices). Everyone in the office is super friendly and professional. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I'm so glad we found them!

Make sure that you're aware of the charges for the procedures and what your insurance covers. My husband has insurance through Delta Care USA and needed a bridge that required 3 crowns we questioned the charge of $360 for each Crown because the insurance company said that they were only allowed to charge the Max of $325 for upgraded crowns they don't make the crowns that our insurance covers and the dentist office never explained that you're only able to get the upgraded crown. We went back-and-forth with the insurance and the dental office to try to resolve this issue. The insurance even spoke with the billing specialist to explain they could only charge $325. The billing specialist informed us that the dentist would not honor the $325 for each crown. This was very disappointing. My husband has been a patient for several years. They do good dental work. But my husband has decided to seek other dental care.

Gave me goggles to put on my eyes so the light isn't so bright and gave me a free toothbrush and toothpaste. The doctor told me when it was going to hurt when he was doing the cleaning so i was ready for it. I hadn't been to the dentist for 4 years because I have a fear of going to the dentist. I'm glad I did.

The experience of cleaning my teeth was the worst I've ever had. The man of assistant couldn't even floss. The polish was worse. I knew he was new, so I didn't say anything. My friend recommended me to go there. It won't happen again.It is not worth the first experience that I spend $59.

Customer service needs to be more clear when setting appointments. Set an appointment and now I'm out of luck and in pain still. Took the day off work and now I get sent back with no service done. What a waste of time. Drove an HR to be sent away. Can't trust them to even set the correct appointment what makes you think they will be trusted with my dental care? Great for a first time customer to experience.
