Absolutely terrible service. My appointments kept getting pushed back due to covid; Then the day I can finally come in, they cancel my appointment because I was 10 minutes late (despite giving them a half-hour advance on the bus delay.) I'm in the middle of a (supposed) 2-year invisaline treatment that has taken 3 years due to my teeth continually getting displaced because of the office initially fracturing my gums, and now the fact I can't get a damn check-in.

I have debated writing this for a few days now. I've been going to this clinic for awhile. I usually get good service. This week however I witnessed who I am assuming is a manager treating one of the Clinic employees poorly. I don't come to your clinic to witness your drama. If you can't treat your own employees well, why would we expect you to treat your patients well? To the skinny bald kid yelling at your employee. Keep your drama out of my dental visit.

The worst service you will find in all of Kaiser. And that's saying something. The people who are employeed here to work on your teeth trash talk about you behind your back and only care about the money you pay and not about you. All the friendliness is fake. When I missed an appointment and rescheduled to a certain time I walked in and the lady said you have been wasting our time. I asked for rescheduling an appointment? She replied "this is America after you are over the age of 18"????? Bottom line they refused my business because I hadn't shown to ONE other appointment. Do NOT reccoment this place.

Dentists are great at their work but they do try and do more work than is necessary. They also do not "suggest" extra work like they should but instead schedule you for procedures without prior approval of the extra work and it is your job to cancel appointment if you don't agree with the extra work. Wife had no idea why she was scheduled for the $5000 implant when she had only said to the dentist she would think about it. Their administrative side is the laziest and most incompetent section I have ever dealt with. Similar to the medical administrative section, if you request receipts or prior bills you will not get the information unless you go to their records department in person and ask and then wait an hour. If you fill out a form to give another person, like a spouse, access to your account, the paperwork will NOT get filed. You must fill out the paperwork multiples times and actually demand it be entered and sit there and make them enter it. Otherwise they will not file the paperwork. Do not get me started with billing.

The dentists and staff at Sunset Dental are amazing! Great care, and kind and courteous as well.
