Extremely unprofessional, I took my children here today and I am so unhappy with our experience, First , we arrived at our appointment checked in and a hygienist came to get my children and started going over there medical history in front of everyone in the waiting room, which is illegal, then we went to the back where there is an "open concept" for children's cleanings which is unhygienic and I never saw before. On top of this parents wait on a bench where the hygienist discusses there children openly for everyone to hear about which is also against HIPAA law. I shared my concerns with the hygienist asking her to please not discuss my children in front of everyone and ask if we can discuss that privately and she got the office manager. So I discussed my concerns and how I felt and she said if you don't like it then leave and proceed to escort us out. My kids did not have a cleaning and I have to now scramble to find them a dentist. I am appalled that they are practicing this way as I am a dental professional and never saw a practice run in such a way. If you have concerns you need to voice them. I now know all of the kids dental problems I was in the room with which made me uncomfortable and oh ya it's a violation of the law. If that is ok with you and you do not have any issues with that happening then this is the place for you, but if you value professional offices you may want to think twice.

This dentist office is so unprofessional. I have had TWO BAD experience's here! I wouldn't refer my cat if i had one. or my dog if had one!!! They make me sick to my stomach. They DO NOT NEED TO BE TREATING KIDS. They could never treat another one of my mine they are very racist's here. My opinion!!

Our family has gone to this practice for many years now. Following a complication with a procedure we had questions about what had happened and what could be done to prevent it in the future. The dentist requested that we back the next day to make sure our child was ok and discuss the situation. After making us wait for an hour and then having an extended conversation in which we agreed to the dentist's course of treatment, we were told we have been dismissed from the practice because they aren't comfortable. If you have questions regarding the treatment provided to your children, this is likely not the practice for you.

I absolutely love this place! My son is never happy about going to the dentist, but they take their time and go slowly to help make him more comfortable. When he needed caps put on, they explained everything to me and helped to ease my mind and my son's about the procedure! I plan on having them see my daughter as well when her first tooth comes in! I highly recommend this place to everyone with children.

My boys love Sunset Dentistry and always look forward to their next appointment. Everyone from the front office staff to the dental hygienists are always friendly and do all they can to make sure my boys are comfortable. They communicate well with them to let my boys know what they are doing and they make their exams quick but thorough. Dr. Kathy is great with kids and always great about updating parents on what kids need to work on and what looks good. I always appreciate our drama free dentist appointments at Sunset Dentistry!

I have to look for a new place because the wait time was crazy. I had to wait an hour for my son to be seen and 1.5 for 4 teeth sealant to be applied

I'm giving them no stars I was in this office on September 2,2020 and the service I got was horrible. Liz was very disrespectful and rude also she spoke to me as if I was her child. When I ask who was in charge Jessica said she was which did not change anything. After they gave my daughter laughing gas told me they would not be seeing any of my kids today because of the words that was exchanged between me and Liz. Which I don't understand because I walk away from Liz at the front and went to the back where my daughter was supposed to be seen. They kick us out of the office Liz and Jessica need to learn customer service and respect.
