Did permanent damage to my hard pallet with anesthesia needle, I suspect on purpose after I refused more extensive and expensive treatment recommendations and opted for an extraction only. He shoved a large gauged needle through my hard pallet causing permanent scarring.

I needed emergency treatment on a Sunday and was extremely pleased that Sunrise Family Dentistry scheduled an appointment. My dental emergency was addressed with the utmost sense of urgency and quality of work was of a very high level. I appreciate Dr. Al and Marsha very much and highly recommend their practice to anyone who needs quality work, excellence in customer service and very reasonable and affordable care. This place is AMAZING. I had to do an emergency call after 8pm. They got me in. Did everything needed and even though we finished super late they stayed in contact with me until my prescription was filled since the pharmacy was out of what i needed. They went above and beyond. Every single person I have interacted with has been so great.

I found Sunrise Family Dentistry by chance and I am so grateful I did! I was having an unimaginable amount of pain in my teeth on a Sunday evening and I could not find anyone to help. Dr. Al with Sunrise Family Dentistry was able to see me that day and put all my fears and anxiety at ease. I did not have dental insurance but the cost was very reasonable and affordable. My regular dentist canceled my appointment the day of after waiting 2 months for and wanted to book me again in another month! For now on my family and me will be going to Sunrise Family Dentistry for ALL of our dental work! Thankyou Dr. Al

I went to this location with a bad infection in December 2021.They could not pull the tooth that day as I needed antibiotics first,however they wanted payment up front. BIG MISTAKE!! During December the cases for covid were increasing, however this dentist did not practice any of the safety measures for covid, I was desperate so I had the exam anyway. I ended up with covid shortly after that visit.I no longer trusted this office so I chose not to have my tooth pulled there. They are still trying to make me pay almost 1,000$ for a service I never received. Do not go to this Dentist!!

Unethical and Shady business!! I have had a few bad experiences with dental offices and because of that I often get extremely bad anxiety when it is time for my biannual dentist cleanings. A friend of mine recommended this office so I decided to try them out. I am completely dissatisfied with the services provided here. At the time I schedule my appointment I asked several questions about my insurance coverage to ensure my visits would be completely covered. At my prior dentist office I experience conflicting info regarding the services my insurance covered and because of that I was extra careful to ask these questions this time. I even told them about my past experience and the insurance coverage issues I had with my prior dental office. I was informed that they were in network with my insurance company and my first initial visit for a cleaning would be covered. The day of my appointment I again asked about whether the services they provided would be covered and again they ensured me everything was covered. I had a cleaning and x-rays, during my x-ray the technician asked me if I had ever had this type of x-ray done before, and I told her I had this done previously about 1 year prior. After my cleaning, as I was checking out and scheduling my next appointment I again asked about billing and my insurance for the third time. Again they pulled up my insurance and assured me my services were covered. Fast forward to a month later, the office called me and stated I owed $82 because my insurance did not cover my x-rays. Apparently the type of x-rays I received is only covered once every 3 years. The office was aware I had previously had this type of x-rays. I was obviously frustrated with this information. The girl on the phone was completely rude to me and very unprofessional. I definitely feel they provide shady and unethical business practices. I told the girl on the phone that I verified 3 times with their office that my services would be covered. She was very argumentative on the phone with me and continued to be extremely rude. I have never felt so disrespected. This office only cares about making money, and absolutely does not care about their patients. I asked to speak to a manger and was disconnected. No one returned my call, no one tried to resolve the issues. They called me back a week later in an effort to receive a payment from me, and did not apologize once for the situation. The office also was dirty, the employees did not wear masks and did not seem to care about hygiene at all. Do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere for a dental office, this location is not the one.

Awesome staff! I have been coming here for several years now and can NOT imagine going anywhere else for my dentistry needs. They are open by appointment on the weekends. I've worked with them both when I was out of network and in network.

Dr.Al is the best dentist I have been to. Knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I would highly recommend Sunrise Family Dentistry. The staff in the front are always helpful and very informative. Great place.

Came in after having excruciating tooth pain. Got x-rays and found I needed to have my two lower wisdom teeth extracted and had to impacted upper wisdom teeth needing extraction as well. Brooklyn in the front office did an awesome job. Dr AL did a wonderful job extracting and Dr.Angie did amazing with my cleaning. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
