Friendly place not really, the staff's too busy to be that way. A facility for students to have the opportunity to work on patients, which this is an option that I chose. Wrong choice for me, 3 fillings have fallen out 6 weeks after they were put in. (2 fillings within 3 days of each other fell out) I called to make an appointment to get this immediately taken care of. Go figure this one, they don't really care, they gave me their next available time. 30 days out for something as serious as this will land you in the hospital with infection, fever and severe pain. This happened to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was a walk in at 8:00 in the morning with saying bad tooth. Hoping to get seen that day which I did which was great. There was a little more problems with taking out the tooth then expected but it was finally done. Been 2 days now and I feel good

Very poor customer care and failed to accept responsibility for their actions. Jessica, is a manager and was very dismissive of my complaint. I was treated for a cavity and the numbing medication wore off I was feeling all the pain from the laser heat gun that dries the filling and the Dentist had to dig out product from in between my teeth it hurt my gums and burned the roof of my mouth. All they could say was sorry it took so long. The dentist is a very nice guy and worked hard to fix my tooth but could have numbed me back up and didn't. There for I could feel all the pain from my horrible experience. I've never done this before but due to Jessica's dismissive behavior I felt it Necessary to say something so that other people that have had bad experiences at this clinic will say something. Mercedes is also the person that works there she has a very amazing attitude and very good at what she does she tried to help me by signing me up for their program so I didn't have to pay full price however we make too much money and so I had to pay full price but she was absolutely wonderful and very kind to work with.

If I could select 0 stars I would I was calling about a broken tooth and exposed nerve I'm in extreme pain when the receptionist first answered the phone by the way I was greeted I knew she was very unprofessional after a few questions and being told no to all of them even when I asked to speak to a dentist she was very rude and when I was still polite and decided to look around some more and told her thank you for your time she hung up on me very very unprofessional and I will be making sure she is reprimanded for this behavior absolutely DISGUSTING

Life savers! My molar broke and was sharp and cutting my tongue. I was in so much pain. Luckily I was able to be seen as a walk-in. The Dentist smoothed my tooth down and got me in for oral surgery next week. The staff was absolutely amazing and professional. I am so very grateful!

called the day before and was tolled they open at 7 am to 5pm. when I got there at 8 found a sign saying "monthly meeting will reopen at 1:30 pm." so waited there by choice and felt like calling and no pick up or anything until 2 hours later was tolled at 2 pm after meeting. all was good when reopened. thanks

Friendly staff, great and professional dentists and hygienists. They are always ready for me at my appointed time. They never try to convince me to have unnecessary procedures done like many dental offices do. This is a very busy office and so they must be doing a lot of things right. The result, though, is it's hard to make appointments. They are booked so far in advanced. Still, this is such a great dental office, so, I'll keep coming here. Also, they are bilingual. That may be part of reason that they are so busy. So, overall, wonderful dental office.

We went in for an appointment at 9:30!!!! We we waited until 10:15 when we had arrived at 9:25! They even attended 4 people who arrived after us before! Not only that but they didn't let kids go in with their parents! Never going again this place should be shut down. The staff here also have horrible communication with us. not pleased
