I have been going to Sunrise dental for the past couple of years or longer. A client of mine referred me. Even though I have periodontal disease and have anxiety for years going to the dentist, this has been the best experience of my life. Dr Scott is an amazing dentist, very experienced and knowledgeable, and a very pretty woman at that. Her front end staff are friendly and very welcoming. The back end , my hygienist as well. I'm gonna miss them when I move at the end of the year to Corpus Christi . Just thinking of having to find a new dentist and feel comfortable makes me anxious. Just call me nervous Nelly. Lol , Dr Scott gave me a name of one she knows . That makes me happy. Thank you so much to all of you . Warm regards , Elena Rios Cantu

I've been going to Sunrise Dental for 5 years now and after every visit I think to myself, "I should really write a review because that was a great experience!" but life gets busy and I never have...but our most recent appointment was for my daughter who had to have four teeth pulled and our experience was just wonderful, we felt so taken care of! They made my daughter (who gets pretty anxious with doctor visits, especially dental visits) feel completely comfortable and relaxed. The entire office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Scott are so friendly and kind, they are professional but also approachable and relatable. Even after moving further away, where there are dental offices within 5 minutes of me, I will continue to make the drive to see Dr. Scott!

Nightmare year with negligent staff that reflects badly on Dr. Scott. Untimely claims management. I had to find a new dentist since I was too old for my other one. I decided to come to this private practice as the rest of my family couldn't recommend Dr.Scott enough. I've only been here a year and I - along with my family - have now decided to remove ourselves from this practice. (1/3) During my first appointment the dental hygienist told me my teeth looked great. Dr. Scott then came in and told me I had four cavities. It came off a bit unprofessional as I had assumed I was doing great considering how the dental hygienist told me she had saw nothing. (2/3) Started the incorrect procedure when giving cavity fillings. Made me get up while in the dental chair and sign additional consent forms. They had already injected the anesthesia in my gums and expected me to respond when I couldn't speak to then fill my correct teeth. If they had started the procedure on the incorrect teeth that would have been a lawsuit. Luckily, Dr.Scott knows what she is doing and realized they were about to work on the wrong teeth despite having it incorrectly marked on the file. Anther team member had marked it incorrectly. (3/3) The final incident that made me want to leave was when they I received a payment notice from May 25th. I was surprised to receive a bill for an appointment and procedure I did not schedule. I called and they explained that someone with the same first name came in for their procedure and billed it to my account. This was the explanation I received- which is unfathomable. I assumed that the staff member working the front desk that day just never asked for an ID or last name. I bet I could go in there right now and ask for a cleaning with someone random name as long as they have an appointment that day. However, they later called a family member back and then said that it was the correct claim for the aforementioned procedure (2/3). Submitted a year later which is equally ridiculous. I don't even know if my insurance will approve it at this point. If they did not want to me assume identity / insurance fraud was committed, why give me the first explanation to begin with? I would have preferred they inform me they weren't sure what happened and get back to me after looking into it. Regardless, seems like a very easy place to commit insurance fraud.

The entire staff at Sunrise Dental are courteous, friendly, and complete professionals. It's black and white with Dr. Scott; she does an amazing job explaining the best treatment plan for your specific needs and executing it as painless as can be! Dr. Scott is that rare professional who loves what she does; if you want to leave the dentist's office with a smile, visit Sunrise Dental.

Called to make an appointment. Person who answered said they have an appointment available the same day in 30 min and asked if I could make it. I said ok but to PLEASE verify my insurance and that they accept it. She reported that they accept ALL PPO insurance plans and should not have any issues. When I arrived, the front desk was not the same person I spoke to on the phone. She asked me to fill out forms to which I replied "did you verify my insurance?" She said no and that she needs to see my card. I provided it and a printout from the insurance company with all the details I had. She ignored the paper, looked at the card and never picked up the phone to verify it gave it back and said "yeah we don't accept this". ZERO EFFORT was made to assist me, the patient. I am a healthcare provider myself and as a professional I was extremely DISSATISFIED with the service I received. I drove 25 min, wasted gas, time and energy to come to your office and there was no compassion or effort made to bring in a new patient. Note for dentist: ensure your front desk staff are trained, uphold a high standard for patient care, and complete their job diligently. This is a poor reflection on your clinic and you worked hard to get your degree so it's a shame your front desk ruined an opportunity to get more patients.

I want to share that Dr Scott is An awesome personable Dr. I was terrified to go to the dentist ,but she quickly put me at ease.. Thank you dr for the generosity and kindness You showed me. We absolutely love our dentist and recommend her to all our friends and family in Round Rock. Heck, we even tell our friends in Pflugerville, Georgetown, Hutto, Austin and Taylor, Texas about her too. We've tried dentists from all over as we've moved, and a few years ago we discovered a local dentist who is just perfectly awesome. Dr. Natalie Scott and her team are perfectionists. I love their attention to the details. They don't cut corners and always put their patient's care, health, comfort, and best interests first. Today we both went for it and got laser teeth whitening - and the results are simply fantastic. With the old Zoom procedure I've had with other dentists in Dallas, I had experienced some real pain - zingers. But Dr. Scott's laser whitening was painless, took a fraction of the time, and our teeth are BRIGHT. Just remarkable. Can't say enough good things about the folks and Sunrise Dental in Round Rock.

I've always been anxious about seeing the dentist, but Sunrise Dental makes it a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly, and always smiling. (The sweet lady at the front desk is the best at making patients feel welcomed!) I have sensitive teeth, and the hygienists are conscious of that, and very gentle. Dr. Scott's attention to detail is amazing! I honestly have not had a dentist who is as thorough and detail oriented as Dr. Scott. I whole heartedly would go with her oral care recommendations... my teeth are happier for it!! Overall, you can tell that this office cares about their patients! If you're looking for quality dental care, I would definitely recommend Sunrise Dental.

I've had quite a bit of work done at Sunrise Dental in Round Rock Tx. Always have a good experience. They send tend reminders, which is helpful. I've had 8-9 crowns and they look beautiful:) Dr Scott is very gentle with shots. Everyone is pleasant and I never have to wait. Really doesn't get any better.

This Dentist didn't wear gloves when treatment was performed. She often brags about how much she charges, and states she has patients do root canals when fillings are only needed. Avoid this Dentist! I'm surprised she has not been reported for all of this.

My wife and I found this practice nearby and were won over by the kind staff and Dr. Scott who is very friendly and at the top of her game. We intend on getting much of our major dental work done because we have such confidence in the people here!

Dr. Natalie Scott is not like most dentist. Just her attention to detail alone sets her apart from the others. I will surely be going to her for a long time. Pain free, honest pricing and great staff. 100% recommend
