I was so impressed right from the start. I got there and I was greeted. First time so I had some paperwork to do & immediately got take back when I was done & they started to work on my mouth & get my history with no waiting. Took X rays & then did a cleaning, dr came in right after (NO WAITING AGAIN) & he was very quick but thorough with a plan and answers. I was in & out within an hour... my last dentist... took 3 hours of my day and only got to cleaning my upper teeth & told me they never do both top & bottom in one visit ... WTH?!?!?!? I dont have 3 hours to take out of my work day to get half my mouth cleaned. That was the breaking point for me. I heard about SD from a co-worker, got in on a Saturday and it was a GRAND experience. Very pleased. DONT hesitate to give them your business.

Excellent service on my last visit! Small cavity needed filled. Dr. Chen is great with the numbing process, just enough to numb the area so I was able to have lunch within half an hour! We chose Country Inn that day.

Amazing staff of Girls and Top notch performance From the Dentist.. I came in on an Emergency extraction.. Dentist made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew what was going on.. Come here for quick reliable dental work I can't Thank you enough Sunrise..

Performed unnecessary imaging without checking if insurance covered the procedure. Additional $500 out of pocket for a simple check up. A second opinion in town confirmed this was unnecessary and likely an upsell. Be aware

I am a new patient of Sunrise Dental and was nervous to go somewhere new. After my initial exam and cleaning they determined that I had a cavity that needed to be filled. I told them about my intense medical procedure anxiety and they were right from the start incredibly understanding, compassionate, and supportive. I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times and they were so helpful and kind about making that happen. During my cavity filling they were so kind and helpful by explaining to me every step of the process, allowing me to be in charge of when I needed to take breaks, and never made me feel embarrassed for being so nervous and anxious. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone - especially those like me who have intense anxiety about dental/medical procedures. They clearly care about their patients' experience. Thank you sunrise dental!

I loved my hygienist, she was nice quiet and had a gentle hand. My dentist was also very nice and a bit quirky, totally will continue to use this dental service. A very good experience for someone that is nervous about going to the dentist.

The staff and Dr. Chen were gentle and kind. I felt that Dr. Chen was interested in getting me the help I needed, not necessarily what would make him the most money. I'm fortunate to find a practitioner in my insurance network who is qualified to perform all the procedures I may need in the next few years. Had my teeth cleaned today. It was truly the best experience I've ever had in getting this taken care of. Dr. Chen has me using prescription toothpaste - it has made my gums so much better!

Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to Dr. Chen were phenomenal. I somehow lucked into a cleaning appointment same day and plan to return a few times a year. Nice find.

I had broke my tooth and called sunrise the morning that I broke my tooth and within an hour I was in the dental chair and they were able to do a temporary fix until my appointment a few days later awesome service great people and friendly I would recommend anybody choose sunrise dental of Wenatchee.

I went in today - after 8 years of avoiding the inevitable. I dearly paid for my procrastination - I thought all my teeth would have to be pulled out! The dental assistant was so encouraging and sweet and gentle. The dentist had sincere small talk with me, and asked about my mother who had just passed. As he looked through my mouth, and the assistant took notes, there was no judgment of my condition. Again, I just experienced encouragement and hope that I would soon smile again. I would refer them.
