In order to treat each other and every patient as an individual with unique dental needs, it is vital to completely assess their oral health. We perform an oral cancer screening, gums, muscles, and joints that open and close the mouth. We will look at your mouth, gums, and bone that hold the teeth in the periodontics and take photos and x-rays as necessary. With this information you and your doctor determine the treatment that is right for you.

Yes, If your gum are bleeding, it probably means you are not brushing enough. Remember, brushing harder does not make up for quality time spent. In fact, on your oral hygiene brushing hard may lead into enamel erosion. Bleeding gums are not healthy. Healthy teeth and gums do not bleed when they are brushed and/or flossed!
It means you have gingivitis or periodontists. Gingivitis is acute of the gums and is reversible if treated and proper home care is maintained. Periodontists is a silent disease that affects the bone and tissues surrounding the teeth. Periodontists are not reversible, but it is treatable. If some gingivitis is not treated, it will lead into periodontitis.
It takes two working dental visits about 4-6 weeks apart. There are some planning visits prior to the working visits to determine what result you want and some follow-up bite adjustment visits. Porcelain veneers do not stain and are as strong as natural teeth. When properly placed they will not come off or break even when eating taffy, caramel, or corn on the cob. Like natural teeth, veneers may break also. You should still practice good dental home care.
The material typically contains about 50% mercury and even though the ADA has deemed it safe. It is still considered a toxic and hazardous material outside the mouth. In fact, several European countries have totally banned the use of the material. Amalgam fillings are very unaesthetic and because of corrosion typically turn dark with time. There are more aesthetic materials to use. Our office does not place amalgam fillings, unless it is asked by our patients.
This is what we call the filled to death syndrome. It happens when the tooth has become weak from the use of silver/mercury fillings and cannot hold up under normal chewing. This problem is easily corrected with Tooth-Colored Fillings or Bonded On lays.
Fees for our professional services may be paid in cash, personal check, major credit card or dental credit, which allows you to spread payments over an extended period of time. We dont ever want finances to keep you from receiving the dental care you deserve.

No problems coming here, I've had to bring my daughter before and it wasn't an issue. Better cost going through Union insurance.

The staff all the way from the Dr's to the front office they are awesome they always remind us of our appointments. Hanna is the office manager I know her for years she is always gracious sympathetic and understanding very knowledgeable in all the she does.

I could have never imagined a trip to the Dentist being a "Happy Experience!" What an exceptional group of pleasant, informed, sensitive, and professional Dentistry Professionals! Starting from the beginning, at the Reception Desk, with the friendly "Hanna, and Whitney" even sending convenient text appointment reminders in advance, and having my dental and insurance records onboard, handy and ready upon my arrival. Then getting top shelf service, and attention, from the personable, courteous, and simply outstanding Dental Hygienist "Julie!" Topping it all off with detailed and highly skilled work, on my damaged crown, from "Dr. Lim"! Julie and Dr. Lim were always making sure I was comfortable keeping me informed on all the steps of my procedure along the way. They made a great team working together. Also, I simply had to compliment them on their beautifully sparkling clean reception area and bathrooms! I highly recommend Sunrise Dental of Monroe Washington! I will be going there for a very long time! Thank all of you for being there for us, and all of your hard work!

Removed my wisdom teeth with Dr.Baik. I didn't even feel the pain for anesthesia. Really good treatment.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. The team at Sunrise Dental in Monroe is so great. My whole family goes there. I have 3 kids who have always been excited to go to the dentist. They are all very friendly and inviting. There Hygienist make your teeth feel so good after a cleaning. I would definitely recommend this office for you and your family!

Very friendly staff and amazing hygienists/dentists! Got my fillings done by Dr. Baik and he administered anesthetics so well, I could barely feel it! I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist who's caring, informative and talented at what they do.

The fake reviews made me laugh I wouldn't recommend this dentist to friends or family. My mom had an awful experience here. Lowest grade dental care you can get in WA for sure.

My friend recommended this place when my partner needed dental examination. My partner had a good impression from friendly front desk. BUT my partner had the WORST dentist experience ever with Dr. SONG. She was indecisive while suggesting invasive procedures and looked confused all the time. Poor communication skills. Seems like the dentist my friend used to see is no longer at this clinic. Update: I have corrected the name of the doctor as shown on my partner's insurance and bill: from Dr. Soong to Dr. SONG. My partner ended up going to different clinic and saw a highly experienced dentist. He mentioned the processes Dr. Song suggested are very risky and dangerous. We are so glad my partner did not trust Dr. Song or would have gone through the awful processes just so she could make extra bucks. I suspect many 5 star reviews are fake and not genuine.
