I hate going to the dentist but this place makes it not as bad. Very kind staff. Beware though there's only like 5 parking spaces here so it's a better idea to skydive here.

Hands down the best experience I've had going to the dentist! The entire staff is lovely and informative, would never go to another dentist given my stellar experience. Sunrise Dental Mill Creek Rocks!

I was a little scared to go in because of the reviews I read. But it was one of the best experience I've had so far!! They got me in for a same day appointment. The Dr. was great and went into detail on a tooth that was causing me pain, and what I had to do in order to save it and make it feel better. Ladies up front were even better on explaining me the treatment cost and even gave me payment options. They had Great Doctor and GREAT Staff!! Highly Recommended!!

I visited this place today, I got an appointment on same day and I was happy, when I went to clinic nurse assistant took X-rays and pictures at least 1 hour, it was torture and after that doctor came and she said she will take gum measurements and that is one more torture, after she took measurements told that all 4 wisdom teeth needs to be extracted, she will refer to the surgeon, needs deep cleaning, need cap for one tooth, 6 fillings and I have asked follow up questions and she said nurse will explain, we didn't understand anything she said because of accent, we wanted to talk to the doctor she is nowhere to be found, receptionist gave bill for the treatment for deep cleaning, filling, cap needs to pay $956 copay, They only care about when will I come for next appointment, I told her I don't need another appointment, I took an appointment with another dentist , let's see how will that go. Doctor is Asian lady. I will never go back to that hospital again.

No guarantees with these people they won't stand by their work if they mess up it comes out of your pocket.

I was charged with a bill without my knowledge saying we have done some extra process in my basic dentaI checkup and I was shocked to see the bill no one told me until I saw the bill that there will be extra charge even when I asked if my insurance covers everything .I really didn't expect this kind of service from them . I will never go for checkup again this clinic

The place is good and the receptionists too. My only concern it's about the dentist who gave me my treatment. I went 3-4 time to the office because she didn't do a good job with my filling. Until now she couldn't do it properly because it's good for a couple of weeks and then it starts to hurt when my tooth never hurt. After she made that filling the pain started. That's why I went to another place because I'm tired of having to schedule a lot of appointments for just 1 filling.

Out of all the dentists I've been too, this one is by far the best. I felt genuinely taken care of and not taken advantage of. For example, I was really nervous about going to a dentist after years and they explained everything they were doing, took great and delicate care, gave me hope, provided real life conversations that didn't feel forced, and ultimately didn't try to force me into other forms of dental care that weren't needed. They were the best, specifically Dr. Marshall was so wonderful. I know I'll be back again!

I've been to several dentists over my years and I have to say Steve has been the best hygienist I've had! He's fast, thorough, and explains everything he's doing, something I really appreciate. I met Dr. Lo, the dentist for the first time today and am pleased with my experience with him as well. Very personable and professional! It sure makes going to the dentist a lot easier when you know you'll be treated so well!! Thank you Steve and Dr. Lo!
