As most healthcare professionals realize, there may be nothing more satisfying than truly helping someone in need. As a dentist, Im able to help others, whether Im providing a new outlook on oral hygiene, showing a person that modern dental care is pain-free, or providing care in the event of a dental trauma.

People in Snohomish County are friendly and down to earth. They arent afraid to open up and let me know who they are and how they feel. I love that! I love working with a patient base thats diverse in age, race, religion, and personality. My patients broaden my understanding and appreciation of humanity. Its rewarding to have close contact with so many unique individuals and I find I learn from each conversation with each patient.

I have always enjoyed creating things with my hands and being of service to others; dentistry allows me to fulfill both of those desires in a unique way. building strong, honest relationships with patients and being able to help them achieve great dental health is rewarding. Every day at the office is a new challenge and offers new and exciting experiences and interactions. Is it any wonder I love what I do?

Dentistry, like many fields, is constantly evolving and changing for the better. I make staying well-versed in new technologies, techniques, and materials a high priority. This ensures each patient receives leading-edge treatment that delivers the best results for their needs.

Throughout the year I complete various continuing education courses, studying restorative dentistry, endodontics (root canals), and periodontics. I attend the annual Pacific Dental Conference and have completed the Hiossen Implant training course, as well.

As an active member of the Washington State Dental Association, I learn from the leaders in the profession. I also remain current on research findings and discussions of treatment modalities through dental journals.

I grew up in Lake Stevens, attended Glenwood Elementary in South Lake Stevens, Lake Stevens Middle School, and graduated from Lake Stevens High School. Now I love in Greenlake with my wife, Malea and our two young children, Haaken and Isla. We also have a very large dog, Juneau and if it were up to Malea, wed probably have ten kids already!

When not caring for patients, I love time with my family. I enjoy goofing around with my twin brother, Nik: we own a small real estate development company together. I also love working with wood and building things, playing golf and fishing, and cheering on the UW Huskies and the Seattle Seahawks. I like brewing beer with the guys and enjoy listening to mystery audiobooks, especially Michael Connelly, too.

I love being a dentist. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and the friendships that I've built with my patients and their families are one in a million. It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at home when they come to me for treatment and I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve.

By regularly participating in continuing education, I am aware of the latest technology and dental treatments. My patients deserve the best, and continuing education allows me to provide my patients with more options and better results. Dentistry is a great profession. Whether a person comes in for cosmetic work, is in pain, or needs a routine checkup and cleaning, were able to improve their quality of life. I grew up in Toronto, in Ontario, Canada. For several years I lived in Lynnwood, WA, before recently moving to Bellevue. My life is shared with my young black Cocker spaniel, Harvey, whos full of energy and keeps me busy!

I like working directly with our patients to make sure every visit is positive and has them smiling. Our doctors and team members are patient-focused in all we do and always make patient comfort a top priority! As our office manager, I oversee the practice and strive to make sure everything runs smoothly so patients have the best visits. A lot of my time is spent working with patients to ensure they get the most from their insurance benefits. I handle the paperwork and follow up on claims so patients dont need to worry about forms.

I am glad to meet new people, learn about their lives, and make sure they have positive, comfortable dental visits. Each patient has their own oral health and personal goals and our doctors really listen to what a patient wants. This means our patients receive excellent care and achieve their healthiest, most beautiful smiles! I work chairside during dental procedures, assisting the doctor. My attention is always on our patient, making sure they are comfortable and telling them what were doing.

I enjoy welcoming patients to our office and helping them achieve great health and a smile they love. I wear two hats in the office: at our front desk I answer the phones, schedule visits, and verify insurance for treatment plans. Working in the back office, I seat patients, explain what well be doing, and assist the doctor with the procedure. My goal is to ensure patient comfort and I love seeing happy smiles when were finished!

I went to Kamiak High School and most of my time off is spent going on adventures with my boyfriend, Jacob. I like hiking, camping, snowboarding, and pretty much any outside activity! I also enjoy baking, cooking, and DIY projects. I currently share my life with my two cats, Oreo and Pumpkin.

I like teaching and encouraging patients to develop better oral hygiene. I am happiest when were able to help people be proud and confident of their smile! I setup and break down treatment rooms, take X-rays, digital photos, and dental impressions, and stock and clean the office. I also provide chairside assistance during procedures, supporting our patient and the doctor, and I teach patients about sleep apnea and proper use of their sleep device.

My high school sweetheart and I married in 2012 and welcomed our first son, Mason, in 2014 and our second son, Kameron, in 2016. We also have two cats. Most of my time off is spent with my kids and husband. I love doing arts, crafts, and early learning projects with my sons. I also love cheering for the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, and Huskies. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy this state and all its beauty!

I enjoy spending my days building relationships while helping people achieve and maintain optimal oral health. I was a dental assistant for 17 years and then because a dental hygienist: Im truly passionate about helping people develop their healthiest smiles! I perform head and neck exams and oral health assessments. I also screen for oral cancer and clean teeth and gums. While working with a patient, I teach them about their mouth and encourage them to develop good home dental hygiene habits to keep their smile in great shape.

I love seeing patients get excited about their treatment and helping them achieve the healthy smile they deserve! My background is as a dental assistant and Ive studied dental front office practices, too, so I am able to help patients understand their treatment plan and options. We all want patients to get the best care and want them to make educated decisions about their smiles. I also review financing options with patients and find terms that work with their budget. Seeing a patient smile, relieved they can afford the care they need, is a wonderful feeling!

I grew up in Marysville and graduated from Marysville Pilchuk High School. Most of my free time is spent with my husband and three boys. We like being outside: going to parks, taking our Husky for walks, and cheering for the Seahawks!

I received my training in dental hygiene at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2012 and recently became a part of the Sunrise Dental of Marysville team. I look forward to coming to work each day to provide valuable education and preventive oral healthcare to my patients. I appreciate the cohesiveness of our team and the respect we show each other and our patients, but I love even more that we laugh and have a lot of fun at work!

I spend as much time as possible with my teenage son; we especially love to go on adventures everywhere from our own back yard to the Canary Islands. We also take our Boxer pup Vettie with us almost everywhere. My other interests include being outdoors, going to Mariners games, creative cooking, visiting with friends and family, and readingif I ever have time!
