After 10 yrs going to sunrise dental and Dr Chin I'm finally in a great place dental wise thanks to the great staff and patience they have shown me. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Dr Chin is an amazing dentist. He has taken care of a few problems I was having with my teeth. He was thorough and patient. I had no discomfort at all and he gave me back a beautiful smile. Thank you Dr Chin

I have been coming to see dr. Chin for 12 years. He is very understanding and and explain things well. He uses the inter oral camera which is nice so I can see what he see's. The assistants and the front staff are very friendly and make my experience comfortable.

My wife and I visited Sunrise for the first time. Our expectations were exceeded! Not only are they Union these folks were fantastic! Very professional and through is an understatement! Dr. Chin and his team are all amazing. Their knowledge and "bedside manner" never ceases to amaze me, and the ease of scheduling appointments and quick availability is a huge plus. Dr. Chin has answered so many questions I've had, as well as skillfully repaired work and accidental damage done by previous dentists. Even with recently moving over an hour north of his practice, my family will continue to use his office because he is above and beyond the best dentist we've found.

I needed some work due that had popped up over the pandemic. This office was a nightmare to deal with. The office will ignore contacts, fail to do any follow-up, fight with you over the phone for minor issues getting hostile, and will ignore messages sometimes forcing you to come into office and ask them directly. The cleaning didn't even go right, when I went to another office the first thing they told me is that I needed a cleaning. After fighting with them over an issue I admitted was my fault, something where they were contacting another office for a part. I found another dentist. Dentist is nice, but the front desk comes across like moody Junior High School kids. AVOID.

Best customer service from scheduling down to the dentist. Every experience which has been a lot have been relaxing, easy going, and very good dental service. My hole family goes here and now my entire office goes here. I highly recommend them!

New there, when my front Bridge fell out, I went to see them for replacement as well as xrays and exam. I left my poor broken Bridge with them as Dr. Chin said that he'd use it to match the color to my AND would use those teeth in Bridge for sizing and "look" on new one. He stated I needed to crown near all my teeth, quite a few missing, at a cost of $33,000. Say what? Outrageous as I only reall"y wanted to replace my front Bridge. A few weeks later I called to retrieve my old broken off Bridge that he was holding for future reference, when I did I found out it was all a lie. They basically threw it away, into a drawer where they put "all the old broken bits of metal off Braces, pieces of metal from dental structures, teeth with fillings, old discarded bridges, etc" and there was no way to tell which one was mine cause the drawer was pretty full. I was shocked and dismayed. I also wanted it back for Thanksgiving photos this year, so I could slip it on and no missing teeth in front would show. I wasn't in photos this year. What Dr. Chin said about using my old Bridge as guide to color and sizing was a lie. Flat out. If I knew they were "going to discard it" I surely would have hung on to it. How dare they?

I am so happy I found Sunrise Dental. I moved here with my family a couple years ago and was concerned about finding a new dentist. Dr. Chin and the entire staff at Sunrise are truly wonderful! They were so inviting and addressed any concerns I had.
