Born in Toronto, Dr. Jiger Shah was raised in Columbus, Ohio. It was there that he became a diehard Buckeye fan (Go Bucks!). Dr. Shah attended The Ohio State University where his curiosity for dentistry grew. He immersed himself in the dental community at Ohio State, which led to a passion for the profession. While there, he met his wife, Pinal, who is also in the healthcare profession. Dr. Shah received his Bachelors degree from tOSU in 1998.

I had a terrible experience with the hygienist. She kept complaining about how difficult it was for her to clean my teeth! When I mentioned that her comments were making me feel badly, she said next time I should see the other hygienist. The rest of the staff were great

I absolutely love everything about Sunrise Dental. I have been a patient there for 30 years. The friendly highly qualified staff is amazing. The individual attention that I receive from the front end all the way to the back end, shows that they really care and love what they do. They are like family to me. One of my high ratings of this office was attributed to the 7am openings that allowed me to get in, out, and to work without having to take leave. Unfortunately, they have shifted to an 8am opening. Sunrise has always been patient centered and I trust that they will reconsider the 7am openings. This option is one that really sets you apart from all other dentists. Continue to provide great care as it is appreciated. Thank you for all you do for my SMILE.

Dr. Kirkman and Daphne were a fabulous team today. I needed some good cleaning and to correct a chipped tooth. I wasn't sure if they could fit me in for both, but they did and I'm super grateful for them. Professional, kind, knowledgeable. I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work, but they were perfect. It reduced my anxiety for dental work that I'll need in the future! I appreciate the team at this location very much.

Dental care is pretty good but the front office staff and billing are utterly atrocious. Phone calls are rarely returned, billing mistakes are common, and several of the front office staff have unwelcoming attitudes. I'm planning to switch to another dentist because of their front office issues.

Sunrise has been a great place for me to receive dental services. From the customer service team to the dental hygienist, I have been satisfied with their exceptional care of me and my wellbeing while visiting their office. Overall the experience was good. However I find the careless attitude of the front desk medical staff to be appalling. When I walked in one of them had no mask on her face and this has happened before on other visits. The other person had her mask on but down below her nose and kept it there. In addition I saw another staff member walk behind the desk in close proximity to the other two with no mask at all. Since this is a medical setting and a dentist office I find this inexcusable. It does not appear to me that neither their safety or patient safety is a priority.
