Dr. Ahn grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas School Of Dentistry at Houston where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1986. His emphasis on patient comfort, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Ahn has taken additional postgraduate dental education courses in dental implant surgery, restoration, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ahn is a Board Certified Diplomate of American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI) and International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is also a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry Continuum.
Dr. Chancellors origin story is relatively simple. As a child, his best friends uncle worked as a dentist, and both he and his friend decided to become dentists too after spending some quality time in his dental office. Decades later, hes still inspiring smiles!
Dr. Chancellors college career started at Florida State University, followed by the completion of his dental doctorate in 1986 at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Over the years, he has pursued continuing education in CEREC same-day technology, laser dentistry, periodontal/bone grafting, head/neck pain treatment, and much more. He is also certified in Invisalign treatment.
When he isnt busy caring for teeth, Dr. Chancellor enjoys spending quality time with his one child, playing golf, and cheering on the Astros. He also has a strong interest in learning about functional medicine, nutrition, and marine biology in his spare time.
