Dr. Linda Jacob graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2006. Prior to this, she graduated from Kasturba Medical College College of Dentistry, Manipal, in 1992 with Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She completed a group practice residency in 1993. Dr. Jacob is a member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Jacob has been practicing dentistry since 1992, comes from a family of artists and has a passion for the art of dentistry and artwork. In her spare time, Dr. Jacobs hobbies include painting, floral arrangement, and traveling.

First of all, the appearance of the office is clean and Lauren the reception is very friendly and helpful. She's patient with helping look up your insurance information when you don't know. Next, the X-ray, the hygienist and Dr. Jacob are very attentive. Thank you ladies

Caring, ProfessionaI, Knowledgeable, and Very Good. I am one of those dentist-averse ppl. Left my previous dentist, Village Smiles, because they were not upfront with costs, intentionally left everything in medical jargon, and kept me waiting for 20 mins AFTER sitting me in the dental chair. Plus, I never saw the dentist whose name I asked for when I made my appt. My family told me "that's just dentist's." I disagreed... found Sunrise Dental based on the reviews on Cigna. I Do not regret it. They care enough to schedule procedures seperately in case there is 'some' discomfort and to allow time for healing, took the time to explain options and self-care, and even used my name. I will Not be looking for another.

The most hygienic office and gentle dentist. Dr Jacobs has watched my family grow and taken such good care of us. I never have any pain with her when I need dental work. Amazing everything.

Dr. Jacob has been my dentist for the past three years and I see her for a cleaning and check-up every six months. I have been very impressed with the treatments, fillings and general care. Dr. Jacob goes above and beyond to provide her patients with exceptional service. She really ensures that you feel comfortable and spends time answering any questions that you have during the visit. Her facility is state-of-the-art and her bedside manner is exceptional.

The dentist is not always my favorite pastime however Dr. Jacob makes the experience so comfortable. I have referred my husband, kids, and friends to Sunset Dental and every visit is always a wonderful experience. I feel as though I am visiting a friend and getting excellent dental care.

I changed my dentist and this was my first visit with Dr. Jacob. She was awesome. She took her time in explaining what is happening with my teeth and showing me everything in detail. She did amazing job cleaning the teeth. Staff was very professional and friendly.

She is 100% not a child dentist. Not unless your child isn't afraid of dentist and sits perfect still. Have been going for 3 years, was very rude the last time I went. Refers me to a child specialist that cost $2,000. Not everyone in Allen is rich. This last time she wouldn't prescribe antibiotics over the phone. Didn't have anything available for another week and her suggestion on a Friday was find an endo that can get you in faster. I wonder if this dentist knows what it's like to need a root canal. Heartless. I said I would give another chance after having a few bad experiences but it just continued. She makes excuses why she is unable to perform procedures she has listed. Find someone else!!!!
