My wait time was less than one minute for my 10 o'clock appointment. The cleaning was pain free and the explanation of the X-rays was thorough.My need for other work was also explained in a step by step method.

This office doesn't even DESERVE a But had to choose one in order to my son come to a 1pm appointment today he showed up at like 110pm (maybe a Lil b4) and they took 2 hours to just do x-rays AND TALK ABOUT THEY PLANS AND SEEN EVERYBODY ELSE of other race within 30-45 minutes and tried to say they was verifying Insurance and his dad called a had the Insurance verified BEFORE THEY DID/lady behind the desk and the Lady at the front desk JUST KEPT TRYING TO SALE THEY 200 $ ish plans HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE&WHY are you trying to verify INSURANCE which HE/WE HAD and still Got Nothing Done But the 19$ Special AND HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS. AND Reps DON'T KNOW HOW TO VERIFY INSURANCE A WAIST OF TIME&DAY!!WE WILL NEVER COME BACK OR REFERRAL NO ONE Of color to visitI should have made his appointment in Terrell or Forney KNAWL Mesquite OTHER Dental Services. Better be glad I didn't bring him we would BEEN gone b4 2 hrs.

Stay away! This place is a rip off! Went in to get my teeth cleaned. After having tons of imaging done, which I did not request, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. When I declined the deep cleaning, the dentist told me they COULD NOT do a basic cleaning if I didn't agree to the deep cleaning. Really? Since when? Their goal is to force people to get services for which they can charge astronomical prices! Oh yes, they have a credit program!

Is ME again, I have to say something amazing happened to me at IDEAL DENTAL IN SUNNYVALE TX. Words can not express the gratitude I'm experiencing at this moment. If you need the best dental care in Town, please do not Cheat yourself, Treat yourself and that Beautiful smile. ITS THE STAFF for me so attentive, thorough, kind, my visits to Ideal Dental have been nothing short of Concierge service at the Waldorf Astoria, don't believe me, see for your self..let a tooth ache or a much needed cleaning lead the way. Dr. TRAN is my dental Hero I can't stop smiling....TING. MOST IMPORTANT, I cant wait to go back for my whitening. Thank You Thank You Thank You Dr. Tran. Keep up the good work, you all are phenomenal in the field of Denistry.

They had a floating hygienist named Madison that didn't know what she was doing. I had to remind her after my cleaning that she didn't polish my teeth. I went for a general cleaning and was charged for a deep cleaning. I told the receptionist my general cleaning were 100% covered because they were in network but she insisted I owed some money. When I got home I called Metlife dental and they confirmed I was charged for a periodontal deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning which is what I received. I am so disappointed I may never return to Ideal Dental unless they resolve this to my satisfaction. Follow-up I spoke with the office manager at Ideal Dental and she explained to me the charges and the type of procedure I received. My issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

I have been going there for many years. Overall I thought they were great. Note I'm using the past tense. My experience with them changed in April of 2022. DO NOT trust these people for more than a cleaning or Invisalign. I had periodontal work done and it didn't go well. They never checked on me. They told me to contact the surgeon directly, he couldn't see me because he was prohibited per their contract. They then tried to gas light me by saying it didn't take because I was bad at brushing my teeth. Just trust me and only use them for cleanings. But I'm considering going elsewhere.

Everyone was super nice and professional. Dr. Rodriguez did an amazing job resetting my crown and the hygienist had a soft touch when doing my cleaning. I was very pleased with their service.
