STAY AWAY. In 2019 I had 3 crowns placed on my tooth and two of them fell and one chipped off within 9 months time. When I complained about his work, he kept saying, 'we use temporary cement' with his loud voice. He didn't want to accept his low grade work and low quality product. Trust me, go to this place only if you like very low quality work, products they use on your tooth and very unprofessional people. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THIS dentist with their teeth. I regretted so much. You don't have to regret like I do. Chose someone better.

I lost a tooth cause of these butchers stay away from them unless you like pain. NY state does not require silver fillings to be removed they will con you into it.

This place its nice but the lady doctor and her secretary are so bad people . DON'T GO HERE THE LADY DOCTOR TAKE 2 PATIENTS AT SAMETIME USING THE SAME GLOVES. AND THEY HAVE VERY BAD ATTITUDE... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YLU LOVE YOURSELF. I HAVE VERY EXPERIENCE IN THIS PLACE.

By far the best dentist office I have been to in the neighborhood. Shawna the hygenist was super sweet and had great energy. I read the most recent review and I had a completely opposite experience. This place would be my go to dental office if I wasnt moving away from Sunnyside.

I have such an amazing experience with this place. And that means a lot because I have a lot of problems with my teeth and I hate going to the dentist. I am terrified of them and usually in a lot of pain because my gums bleed from years of not taking care of my oral health. This place changed that! I had a root canal done here and knowing that i had some anexiety, the doctor talked to me through the process and didn't judge me when i had one airpod in listening to music to feel more at ease. During my cleaning here, the guy was so helpful! i was scared because I know my gums are inflamed but i just gave him a heads up and he told me okay just raise your hand if anything hurts. He was so patient with me! And at the end he took the time to explain what steps i can make to better my oral health and exactly how to floss when gums are inflamed. I absolutely love this place. Theyre non judgmental, patient, and theyre very accommodating as an office too. They even have appointments available on Sundays now. The office is very clean there is a hand sanitizer available and they check your temp. If google let me do ten stars I would. I feel blessed to have found this dentist spot.

This review has nothing to do with Dr. Yapport. This review has to do with the unprofessional way the receptionist treated potential patients. Our bad experience was with the receptionist named Vick. She called to cancel an appointment on the 8th of December and then said that it would be rescheduled for the 15th of December, and finally rescheduled for the 28th of December. We never recieved a confirmation call from the office. When we called on the 28th in the morning to confirm the appointment, Vicky, the receptionist who originally called to cancel the appointment and who was supposed to call and confirm the final appointment of the 28th, said that it seemed as though the office had the wrong phone number on file. She claimed that Dr. Yapport called and left a message confirming the appointment. She read back our phone number changing the last two digits and said that they did not have the correct number on file. How is this possible if the same receptionist called on the 8th to cancel our appointment? How was it possible for her to have the correct phone number on the 8th but and not have the correct phone number on the 28th? In addition to this, she stated that the appointment was supposed to be at 10 am when the recording from the doctor's office says that the office hours for Mondays are from 12 am -6 pm and not 10 am as she claimed. My recommendation is for the receptionist to get her act together, be professional, and do not play with your patients time or more importantly their health.

Ok so I don't normally leave reviews and didn't see myself leaving one for a dental office but I feel compelled to. I'm one of those people who avoid going to the dentist at all costs so when I walked in for my scheduled appt I expected the same terrible experience. The dentist could tell I was nervous and was very comforting and during the cleaning she had gentle hands. The place is a little far from where I live but def worth commuting for someone who is sensitive and professional and doesn't make the whole process feel transactional!

For anyone with cigna don't come here! Booked online with cigna and got a confirmation only to show up to an empty office. I messaged the Dr and she was rude and dismissive. No apology, she claimed there was never an appointment made and that they don't take online appointments?? Then why is at an option to book online?? Super unprofessional

Tatyana Yapport is the best. I've been going to her for 10 years now. I used to live in Queens but I've been living in Manhattan for 7 years, and still commute to her Sunnyside office for my visits. I made the mistake to go to a dentist in Manhattan once for emergency and she was trying to convince me that the root of my tooth was too short so it would be best to extract the tooth! Luckily I didn't let her touch it, went to Dr. Yapport and she saved it and put a crown on it. She has experience and knows what she's doing.

Dr Yapport is very experienced, she immediately knows exactly what's wrong and what needs to be fixed. She's very efficient and I would highly recommend.

Highly skilled doctor. Very caring and wants what's best for the patient. Very punctual with appointment. I waited like 10 min just filling out some papers. Very nice staff.
