I took my son here for a cavity to be filled and it took over an hour and a half for them to finishThere were several kids that got called back to see the dentist AFTER my son got called back and they were done BEFORE him.Like really ?I guess my son needed to be Hispanic in order to get priority. He told me that his Dentist was watching Catfish on MTV and filled his cavity and he was done after that This is the last time any of my children will be going to Sunnyside dental on Rivers Avenue i rate them one star and that's giving them credit because they really suck!

This place sucks. The wait time is ridiculous. They barley answer the phones and don't return your call back. The Orthodontist is only there on Thursdays so inconvenient. I called all week for answers and appointments no return call. As of today I switched to Coastal Dental and Braces.

Horrible, I've always went to this office because my mom took me as a child when I first moved to Charleston, before it was called Children's Dental Clinic and they were so lovely and fast but now that they changed it to Sunnyside Dental they take 45 min- 1 hour to take you to the back and then they weigh you and xrays and take you to a room where you wait another 30 min. I love the staff they are super friendly and they speak Spanish which was great for when I went with my mom but I kept going there because I don't like changes but I'm tired of always going and having to take them and expecting 3 hrs of my day there.

Excellent customer service, short wait time, clean and the staff was great with the kids ( ages 3&9).

This is ridiculous had 2 reschedule an appointment because of the wait. I reschedule the appointment for an earlier time and still had to wait over an hour for my child to be seen.
