Everyone was kind, polite, and professional - Miranda at the front desk, my hygienist Collette, and my dentist Dr. Durham. They checked if a service was covered by my insurance before completing the service. They were attentive and answered all of my questions, and were very personable. I've had a couple of dentists over the last few years due to insurance changes - including having to leave my dentist and hygienist of 5 years, and this office is by far the best I've encountered. I definitely found my new dentist home.

Dr. Durham and the team at Sunnyside provide fantastic, high quality dental care. The experience was one of the best I've had at a dental practice! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was kindly greeted by the team and they ensured I was comfortable. Not only did they ensure I felt comfortable and had what I needed, but Dr. Durham and his team were very thorough during my comprehensive exam and took the time to explain everything they saw and recommended. I am exploring Invisalign and Dr. Durham provided a thorough overview of the program and what success looks like at the end of the process. It is greatly appreciated to visit a dentist that is very knowledgeable and you can tell that the team cares a great deal about the patient experience. Highly recommend Dr. Durham and the team at Sunnyside Dental Care!

The visit started nice and friendly. Into the worse experience. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. I was told I have a small hole cavity in back tooth only to be drilled a bigger hole. And felt a lot of pressure as dentist fast drill into tooth. Then I was suppose to get a cleaning as well instead they ran out of time and told me I would have to schedule two months later. The scheduler showed no empathy and as if she didn't care they ran out out time. Katie was unapologetic and very rude! This place simply about money and not making the patient feel as if the care about the need of preventing and taking care of the needs of their patients. I wouldn't recommend this place is very defensive when you give any feedback or information that could be helpful to their practice. Definitely is not a place I no longer recommend.

Amazing staff. I had an old filling fall out and the front desk staff was so flexible with getting me scheduled as soon as possible. I was able to get in within 24 hours of contacting them. No other dentistry I contacted was that flexible. The dentist was phenomenal. This was the easiest dentist visit I've ever had. It was so easy, I scheduled my first teeth cleaning in over 10 years. I am looking forward to them being my dentist in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who may have Dentist anxiety like me!

Today, my permanent retainer broke off while eating. I called sunnyside and they were able to get me in same day to fix it. I'm so happy to be a patient here! P.s. Miranda is the best!

The experience was a wonderful one after the past yrs of disappointment. The staff is very friendly & understanding the needs I was concerned about with compassion. The dentist actually talked with me about my concerns, explaining everything in common language I understood. I Hate going to the dentist like Alot of others are, But I've never felt more at ease & comfortable with a dentist ( in a very long time) as I did at Sunnyside Dentistry with Dr Neelam. I believe I've Finally found the place I can Start getting my dental issues back on track for a Healthier Mouth. That's a BLESSING for me. I Highly recommend to Everyone, especially that's had bad experiences that's kept them Away from keeping up with their Oral Health. Thank you ALL at Sunnyside Dentistry.

They're either extremely incompetent or they're running a financial scam. I'm leaning toward the latter. Like any dental office, I always paid the bill before leaving, yet this company keeps sending random bills with extra charges and with no explanation why. Then, my daughter, who was a minor at the time, suddenly received a letter from a collection agency for an $800 bill she never had. I've reported them to the FTC. I recommend you stay far away from this company.

After my temporary crown came lose she did not give me the necessary care to tighten it. I asked to please be fit into schedule. She did not make time for me. Crown fell out. This caused chain of events to unfold including swelling & pain. After she replaced & tighten it got even worse. It ruined Thanksgiving for me. She is no longer my nor my family's dentist, sadly.
