In order to continue to provide you with the best possible care and flexibility in scheduling in the near future, we have decided to bring on a new partner to the practice.
In an effort to ensure that our patients continue to receive the best possible care, we have carefully evaluated a number of candidates who were interested in partnering into the practice. My colleagues and I have selected Dr. Rashid Kamdar DDS, who we believe is a caring and talented orthodontist. He possesses the highest qualifications and is extremely well skilled in all phases of orthodontic care.
Dr. Kamdar is a native of Orange County who graduated from Fountain Valley High School. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine, graduating with top honors and magna cum laude. He then moved to Los Angeles to start his dental career by attending UCLA dental school with a Regents Scholarship. After graduating at the top of his class with a degree of dental surgery (DDS), he wanted to further develop his esthetic skills and moved to New York to attend a general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. He then completed his orthodontic specialty training at the UNLV School of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Speaking both Farsi and Spanish, we feel very fortunate that Dr. Kamdar is joining our team.
Being a Premier Invisalign provider, and having received training using proven state-of-the-art technology, Dr. Kamdar has also successfully completed the first two stages of board certification. With his thorough background he understands the importance of a healthy and attractive smile. Dr. Kamdar is also an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and all of their constituent societies.
Dr. Kamdar shares the same cosmetic principles and techniques needed to achieve a great esthetic and functional orthodontic treatment result. I am very proud to work at Sunnymead Ranch Dental, helping to enhance the smiles and self esteem of so many people on a daily basis. Dr. Kamdar loves meeting new patients and seeing the results of a beautiful smile.
Dr. Vatche Keklikian is a root canal specialist who received his D.D.S from the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry. He graduated with honors in 2002 and continued his pursuit of higher education by completing a one year general practice residency at LA County and VA Hospitals. After a rigorous residency program, Dr. Keklikian worked as a general dentist for one year.
His desire for Endodontics led him to Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine in New York. There he received specialized training for root canals and acquired the knowledge and skills to become a master practitioner in his field. He is a proud member of the ADA, CDA and the AAE. Dr. Keklikian currently lives and works in Los Angeles County. He loves his career and takes pride in delivering outstanding care to every patient he treats. Dr. Keklikian enjoys spending time with his wife and family.

Dr. Palmer graduated from Chicago's Northwestern University in 1979. After graduating, he moved back to sunny Southern California, Where he has been practicing dentistry in the Westside of Los Angeles for the past 30 years. Dr. Palmer practices all phases of general dentistry and has advance training in implants and cosmetic dentistry.
When not in the office, Dr. Palmer enjoys playing golf, classic cars and spending time with his wife and two kids.
