When Dr. Mindy Stevens decided to open Sunnybrook Dental in 2008, she had a vision for a state-of-the-art dental office with massaging dental chairs, satellite TV and all the amenities a patient could want. She wanted the clinics patients to feel comfortable and enjoy their visit to the dentist. After all, Dr. Stevens is committed to making every patients dental visit a positive one by providing a combination of exceptional care, cutting edge technology and modern comforts.

The office specializes in treating patients of all ages. She enjoys working with patients young and old, from infants to the elderly. Stevens and her team at Sunnybrook Dental are dedicated to providing patients with unsurpassed care, by continually upgrading the practice and the team knowledge with the latest techniques and approaches to comfortable and personalized dental care.

Sunnybrook Dental was designed to be progressive, relaxing and functional. Dr. Stevens consistently and continually makes room in her schedule to help serve children in our community that do not have access to dental care. A project she is very proud of is the annual Give Kids A Smile event. She believes it is important to be proactive with oral care and makes special efforts to visit Siouxland schools, educating children on hygiene techniques and oral health.

Erin graduated from Homer High School and graduated with her degree in dental hygiene from the University of South Dakota in 2001. Through the years, she has gained valuable experience working with patients of all ages. She is also certified in Laser Therapy as a means to treat gum disease. Since using this method, she has seen great results with Sunnybrook Dental patients.

Mallory was born and raised in Hinton, IA. After graduating high school in 2011, she earned her degree in dental hygiene through Carl Sandburg in Galesburg, Illinois. She loves working with people and has a passion for the dental field!

Courtney graduated from Le Mars Community High School in 2011. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Hawkeye College in 2015. She takes pride in helping her patients feel comfortable and meeting all of their dental needs.

Quinn graduated from Remsen St. Marts in 2015. After high school she earned her dental hygiene degree for the University of South Dakota in 2019. She enjoys teaching her patients the importance of oral hygiene. Quinns free time is spent with her family and friends and spending summer weekends at the lake.

Kim graduated from Emerson-Hubbard High School in 2009. Then went to WITCC where she received her degree in dental assisting in 2013. She joined the Sunnybrook Dental team in 2017. She has a passion for dental health!

Kayla is from South Sioux City, NE where she graduated high school in 2006. She received her dental assisting degree from WITCC in 2018. She is married with four children. The family enjoys taking vacations, camping, and boating.

Ruby graduated from Sergeant Bluff-Luton high school and received her dental assisting degree from WITCC. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys seeing all of our patients at Sunnybrook Dental! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter by watching movies and going to the gym together.

She is a HR professional with many years of experience working within the intricacies of people management. She is a lifelong resident of Siouxland, raising her two sons in Bronson where she continues to live with her husband. She enjoys spoiling her grandchildren and traveling.

Jasmin grew up in Germany before moving to Sioux City, IA with her family. She graduated from North High School in 2002 and received her diploma from WITCC in medical transcription. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their two daughters, Laylah and Alexandria. As a family, they enjoy traveling to Europe and spending time with family.

I grew up near Kingsley and currently live on a farm near Pierson, Iowa with my husband and 3 kids. I graduated from Kingsley-Pierson in 1994 and received my Medical Administrative degree from WITCC in 1996. I previously worked for Cardiovascular Associates for 25 years. Im very excited to be join the team here at Sunnybrook Dental.

Dr. Mindy Stevens is a Sioux City native, graduating from East High School in 1994. In 1998, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska., and her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002, also from Creighton. After graduate school, Stevens returned to Sioux City to be near her family and pursue a career in dentistry.

Dr. Stevens is a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, Northwest Iowa District Dental Society, Sioux City Dental Society, and the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce. She's a member of Women United and has served on various boards in Siouxland such as the Art Center and Launch PaD. Dr. Stevens loves being a part of the Siouxland community and participating in the betterment of the community through various fundraisers.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their children, Jack, Gus and Hazel.Dr. Stevens and her husband have become self-proclaimed foodies and relish trying different cuisines, farm-to-table restaurants, and exotic foods. They enjoy going to Creighton basketball games, traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends.
