Dr. Madani is excellent and his office staff is so kind and accommodating. They make what would otherwise be a scary experience for first time dental patients, soothing and enjoyable. For kids who need fillings there is the option for nitrous oxide while watching your favorite Disney show. I wish offices like this existed when I was a kid- maybe I wouldn't have a single cavity! We've been so happy with the office and will continue, happily to see Dr. Madani, Candice and the whole staff every 6 months!

Our whole family (including grandpa!) see Dr. Shadi Shareghi twice a year for checkups. She's gentle, thorough, and goes out of her way to explain what she's doing and why. The whole Sunny Smiles team creates a warm and friendly environment. It's always a comfortable and positive experience to visit :)

We've been coming here for almost 10 years now, ever since we moved into the area. We really love the whole team, so much that when we moved out of Fairfax, we didn't bother switching dentists :)

They're magicians as well as dentists. My 9 year old grandson has always been deathly afraid of doctors and dentists. Today was his third visit and he was in the car before me! They go to great lengths to make children comfortable and at ease.

I highly recommend this place. My daughter went for her third cleaning today (she'll be 3 soon). and she didn't even need to sit on my lap anymore , she was so confident because from the moment you walk in ,they all make you feel great. From the receptionist to Dr. Madani. Everyone is awesome here.

Dr. Madani is a superb pediatric dentist. He knows how to put children and teenagers at ease and to keep on top of their potential dental issues. Most recently, he identified the need for my daughter's wisdom teeth to be removed before they could cause her teeth to shift. Dr. Shareghi is the most personable and caring dentist I have ever had. She shows true concern for her patients, gives excellent advice and spends quality time with the patient to alleviate any concerns. I literally travel back to Virginia each year to come to her - she is that good!

First of all, the place looks cute at first sight, but then right as I walk in it's just as warm and welcoming as it is cute. The visit was short and sweet. This was my 2 year old's first dental appointment. My boy was giggling upon arrival & excited about the environment. He only got fussy during his dental cleaning, but that's to be expected. All things considered, it was a much smoother process than what I'd imagined as a "still new" mom lol. Dr. Madani is clearly great with kids. He had my baby sit on my lap (facing me) so baby could lie his head on Doc's lap for his dental cleaning. At the end my boy got to choose a toy and take home some dental goodies Highly recommend Sunny Smiles to the other "still new" parents out there.

Very friendly staff, efficient service. My 3 yr old had a great tear-free visit with Dr. M who is so patient and kind. And Dr. S is the most thorough and patient dentist I've ever seen, she takes time to answer all questions and demonstrates genuine care. Highly recommend for the whole family.

I'm usually a nervous patient at the dentist's, but not here! Dr talks throughout the appointment, providing helpful info and it's very reassuring. And my 5-yr LOVES coming here because of the decorated rooms, the treasure box, and how nice everyone is to her.

Our first experience was an emergency dental appointment after our 1yr old son fell and landed on his teeth, pushing them back up into his gumline in a very unpleasant manner. As new parents this was traumatizing not just for him, but for us. Fast forward a couple hours to our Sunny Smiles visit. The practice was ideal for kids, the lobby had animals all over the walls, things to point at and see (and distract him), mirrors and even a videogame console for older kids. Dr. Eastbrook put our minds at ease about the whole situation, which was not nearly as bad as we had feared. He also had a great bedside manner with our son, despite having to poke and prod a sensitive area. Our son even got to pick a toy at the end, and left happy and pointing at the animals on the walls. While it's an unusual way to choose a dentist, we're happy with our choice and will be returning!
