I needed a root canal, ASAP! I was in almost unbearable pain. Last molar, furthest back, so difficult to get to, add calcification and its a very difficult job. Dr. Chen was awesome!!! After first visit no pain. What a relief! The staff is also wonderful. If you need an endodontist, I highly recommend Sunny Hills Endodontics. I won't go anywhere else.

Nobody chooses to have a root canal unless they must. Dr. K and the staff at Sunny Hills Endodontics made my experience pleasant and tolerable. They staff was welcoming and friendly yet quite efficient. Further, with the holiday season approaching, available appointments were scarce. Dr. K and Jackie, his dental assistant, stayed on late to fit me in and relieve me of my pain. I really appreciate that accommodation. And Dr. K made the procedure virtually pain free. That's important. So, if you have to have it done, this is the place to go.

I WAS REFERRED BY MY DENTIST TO GET A CONSULT WITH DR. CHEN HOWEVER, A STAFF MEMBER (CHARMAINE) HAPPENED TO PICK UP THE CALL AND AFTER ASKING VERY BASIC QUESTIONS INCLUDING WHETHER MY INSURANCE WAS ACCEPTED TO VERIFY COVERAGE OF ONCOMING SERVICES ,SHE RESPONDED. " YOU CAN CHECK IT YOURSELF, I'LL GIVE YOU THE CODES". THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL. THANKFULLY MY DENTIST OPT TO GIVE ME ANOTHER REFERRAL AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND KIND. I HOPE DR. CHEN CAN TAKE THE TIME TO SCHOOL THIS PARTICULAR STAFF MEMBER ABOUT MANNERS AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

Dr. K and his staff are amazing! Quick, efficient, considerate, and very kind. I'm the kind of person who gets anxiety attacks at the dentist while sweating like I was doing cardio but they made my root canal a literally pain free experience! I never thought going to an Endodontist would be an amazing experience and the highlight of my day! Thanks Dr. K!

Beware! They do not take dentical and they do not disclose it when you schedule the appointment or notify you even after filling out the forms online. Their fees are ridiculously high... $164.00 for a freaking consultation!!! Worst place ever!

I just came for 6month after check up. My experience has been great and the staff are phenomenally kind and genuine. I cannot say enough good things about Endo and i will always be a thankful client to Dr Chen! My check up is successful and my root canal is healing great. Dr Chen is super nice and other doctors as well. Thank you Dr Chen and Endo Staff!
