Plan to be waiting an hour or two after your appointment time to be called back. Then another couple hours to do the work. And eff it, another hour just because. Just clear your day, you aren't going anywhere but the dentist. Bring a pillow and a chair bc I guess they can't afford chairs. Note:. Don't make appointment online even though the automated message says you can make the appointment online. You will come in for no reason and they will reschedule you.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for a spacer for my daughter's back teeth. It's been paid for and I've complained and also have called multiple time over this issue. I either need the receipt and the money back for it and I'll gladly take business elsewhere.You guys call me every week almost 2 to 3 times a week talking about scheduling her for a cleaning when I've already had one scheduled for a long time and recently had her teeth cleaned. What is going on in this office because I've have had nothing but severe and several issues with you guys. The dentist are great with kids but outside of that, you guys definitely need to reevaluate your business or something. I'll also be calling and stopping by every day at this point til I get my daughter's spacer because she needs it before her teeth are messed up. This is ridiculous that I have to go to these lengths just to get her spacer for her teeth when it should of been done over a month ago.

I love doctor wolfe and his staff, they all are great plp even though we have our favorite ones, LOL Very good with kids, and patient. Sometimes you have a wait, especially with everything going on now, but it's well worth it.

We had an appointment at 8 am and didn't even get called for almost two hours. I know they have busy schedules, but if they have us set for 8 am that's the time we should be scheduled (if it was a 30 minute wait, we could've waited). Unfortunately, this was a waste of time and upsetting. There was no point in waking up early and waiting two hours to get called. People who came in later we're even called before. Staff were nice, but if they were overbook and would've gave me a call to reschedule I would've been fine with that. But wanted to assume that I could wait two hours to get called.

We absolutely loved it here! I really felt like the staff truly cared about me and my children. They did a great job making my children feel comfortable and I really felt that thier main goal was to make sure we had a good experience.

Dont get why others are talking bad about the wait and smell inside.. I will be back and possibly transfer my daughter from the hattisburg one to here .. so much better at Biloxi.. highly recommend this place

They treated me very kind and welcoming. The two front office woman, Timberly & Kimberly were super kind and accommodating. As well as Dr.Tran did a great job on fixing my chipped tooth and was very kind, professional and intelligent. I was seen the same day I made an appointment and left very happy and satisfied. Recently went to Kool Smiles and the girl at the front, Alex, was the bomb diggity! She was very helpful and extremely sweet! She can have my business any day! Great service, definitely recommend this office to all family and friends!

Have already been here 2 1/2 hours. The back is rather dingy, all foriegn staff that is not professional. Not impressed at all. Won't be bringing my children back here again.
