I don't ever leave reviews but I am highly impressed with this place, not only is it welcoming and you immediately get a good vibe but the care and the staff are awesome. Everyone was kind from check in to check out.I can't remember the receptionists name but i do remember she had beautiful make up that day and was super nice. Dr Jensen and Juanita where so kind and I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist but they made it comfortable. I had a filling that came loose, broke my 2 front teeth when I was younger, and I called a variety of places and none that would take insurance, I called here and they were able to get me in the following morning. My tooth was fixed that same day. Yall are awesome. Will be making this my permanent place for myself and my family.

The staff made me feel very comfortable. I'm very nervous when it comes to anything dental, but your dental hygienist, dentist , and office employee, were awesome. They were patient with me, and nice. I loved my appointment. Thank you Sundance Dental in Rio Rancho. Thank you again, Sandy.

My first visit was a very nice experience. I am a new to New Mexico and a new patient at Sundance Dental Care of Rio Rancho. I waited several months for my first appointment which was well worth the wait. I interacted with several people and all were very friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Our family of five has been going to Sundance Dental Care since we moved to New Mexico nine years ago. Dr. Nicholas Jensen and the dental techs are amazing, but the front desk staff doesn't represent this practice well at all. In particular, Jo at the front desk is rude, unhelpful, dismissive and nasty - I called her because they mistakenly billed the wrong insurance for my son's care. She argued with me, telling me that they hadn't billed any insurance (despite the fact that we received an EOB in the mail). When I tried to give her my son's insurance policy info, she barked at me in the nastiest tone, stating that unless I know for sure that he has dental coverage (he's a PhD student at UNM), she wouldn't take it. Not even an offer to call the insurance to find out, and she couldn't have been ruder. We are seriously considering moving to another practice that values our patronage solely due to the uncalled for and nasty treatment of the front desk staff there. If I were to rate only on Dr. Jensen and dental techs, they would have 5 stars, but the face of the practice at the front desk leaves much to be desired.

The staff is always so amazing and friendly. My dentist and hygienist know me, they actively ask questions about conversations from the last visits. Totally amazing people!

The staff is always very friendly. Fast Service. And the Hygienist is amazing. Very thorough when it came to my cleaning. Loved it. Not to mention the office always smells very good.

I called in August to set up an appointment. There was no availability until November. They called me on a Friday to verify my appointment for the following Monday. I called back twice at 330, despite them closing at 5pm I got no answer. I left a voicemail. So after I left a voicemail verifying my appointment I show up that following Monday for my appointment. Left work extra early because I was working on Santa Fe. When I show up they said they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else. Despite my voicemail verifying my appointment. 3 months of waiting for nothing.

I enjoyed Sundance Ortho department, they were super friendly and nice!. However due to COVID-19. My dental clinic I would normally go to shut down and we're only seeing on an emergency basis, but I needed a cleaning done so I went to Sundance because I had a great experience with the ortho, but once my cleaning what done I found out I needed $2,000 of dental work done, but when I was finally able to get into my original clinic I took my treatment plan with me I received from Sundance I found out that I didn't need all the work they stated I did, I only needed about two or three dental work done on me and that they were trying to get money out of me by creating more problems on my teeth. I was pretty upset and let down because I really enjoyed it there with the ortho staff they were friendly and nice but that experience with the dental made me not want to go back at all. I would not recommend it at all.

Over 9 years expierence here. Never have I had a problem. Dr's and staff are all caring and friendly. I have referred many people and will continue.

They take extra special care with cleanliness and making you feel special! Dr Jensen, Lexi, make you feel like family ! I recommend them to all I know! Sundance dental are exceptionally great place to do any kind of dental work. They follow CDC guidelines closely and staff including Dr Jensen are extremely professional and helpful. Lexi the hygienist is very friendly and careful in doing the cleaning of teeth. I would definitely recommend them.

Over the past year I've had several dental appointments ranging from deep cleanings, extractions and a root canal. The staff is always helpful and they are extremely proficient and thorough. Dr. Jensen is also awesome and very friendly. Their office is also very cautious of Covid and they take great lengths to ensure their customers safety. Highly recommended!

Hands down the BEST staff you'll ever meet. From the front desk to the back, everyone was so sweet! Santana did a wonderful job on numbing and deep cleaning- she was gentle and talked me through the whole process. Dr. Jensen is very nice too, to the point and is eager to get you feeling confident in your smile. I'll never go to any other dentist office.
