Up to date dental practice with the latest equipment and practices. Only 3 stars because of lack of janitorial service. Elevator and floors weren't attended to between my 3 visits over 2 weeks

Always professional and polite with a great sense of humor. Is this how you know you've got a good dentist? NO. I worked in a dental lab for several years, and learned to KNOW when a dentist is good and does good work. Dr. Shaheen and his staff do GOOD WORK! You can trust that!

Phenomenal compassionate doctors who are well educated and are very good at their craft. The staff are kind and respectful. Dr. Smith actually cares about people and cares about doing the best he can for each patient and this evident by the thorough work he does and provided me when I was in urgent need of relief.

I was over 20 minutes late to my appointment and they still worked me in for a toothache (I would have totally understood if they told me I would have to reschedule; it was my fault for being late that day). Thank you guys!

Very Nice Place. Friendly, Clean, and Welcoming. Friendly Techs, Excellent Hygienists. Dr King is the Best in Gallup. Future patient for sure. 5/5

The staff were incredibly nice and professional, which is the reason I gave it two stars instead of one. I'm not sure if it's because their office is booked several months ahead, but it felt like everything was rushed and I noticed some procedures that appeared to have been skipped. The Dental Assistant was about to take my dental x-rays without providing me the appropriate lead apron to protect me, and my thyroid, from harmful radiation. Also, the dental tools were laid out on the metal trays which made me question if proper autoclave sterilization is being performed between each patient. I'm used to seeing the tools wrapped and laid out neatly on blue surgical cloth, which is usually the case when tools just came out of the autoclave. Secondly, the suction and water spout tools, I hope those are cleaned between patients, I would've asked for a dental dam prior to the cleaning if I knew they were utilizing those tools but it was so rushed they jumped into the cleaning before I even had time to discuss my preferences. All in all, I hope the staff are receiving regular training, I hope they aren't cutting corners to save time.

Danger! If you are careful about Covid exposure you do not want to go to this dentist. Operating at 100% capacity. Every chair full, no air filters, and only partition walls between patients laying with their mouths open. There was not even plastic shields up to protect dentistry staff and patients.

I liked the visit the staff was super nice. A bit of a wait but understandable due to COVID. Got my wisdom teeth pulled here and overall very knowledgeable staff.

I am very pleased, I came to the office to get my cleaning and I felt so safe during my visit. I will definitely be coming back for my tx during this pandemic. Thank you Sundance for taking all precautions and making all your patients feel safe. You whole staff is pleasant and helpful. I will be telling my family and friends to go there!

Im sure making an appointment means that your going to show up for that appointment. My appointment was cancelled. I expected to have been seen this morning but I was rescheduled for April this is the 2nd time I tried to get my teeth clean and it seem like I was just another customer. Annoyed and the So called manager blamed me for them cancelling my appointment. Contacting BBB.

Sundance Dental truly go out of their way to make you feel at ease, and also comforting you when the pain in your teeth is unbearable! I can't say how much of a difference their attention to detail made my confidence soar. I was not afraid to speak up to ask for help because they made it so easy. As a Veteran they work with the VA community health too! I found that to be amazing. If your a 100% disabled Vet they work with VBA to be seen at your convenience. Or even with Tricare. Keep this in mind. I can't tell you how grateful I am and how wonderful it was to be treated with respect and kindness. The customer service was phenomenal. It should be known that Dr. Shaheen took the time to listen and understand my needs and paid attention to my overall oral health. I was not once filled with anxiety or stress under his care. So please ask for the tremendous dentist and his wonderful team from the VA community healthcare! You won't regret it. Plus+++ I walked out of there with ice cream!

During the pandemic only my son was allowed inside for his appointment. Come to find out, he was yelled at by the dentist not to cry because he was in pain. FYI...kids can't help but cry when in pain. This is very unprofessional and we won't be coming here again.

I was in your office yesterday and was, like always, greeted by and treated by, the most caring team of professionals. I absolutely love this office and Dr Shaheen. I got to see Davery and she did a fine job. I got to meet Kaylee, she is very nice. I said hi to Jazz, or Jade, can't tell those two apart. I love all of Dr Shaheen's staff. I would never be able to express how much I love Sundance Dental. I look forward to my appointments.

I've been researching what dental offices would accept BCBS FEP BlueDental, and Sundance was my first call. They verified over the phone that they do in fact accept it and went over what's covered. They scheduled an appointment for x-rays and a cleaning which was fully covered with no out of pocket expenses. In addition, they provided a detailed plan to address my teeth, the plan was easy to read and had out of pocket expenses detailed so there will be no surprises. The staff and DDS was courteous and professional. The office and exam rooms are clean and organized. My favorite part was the exam room I occupied has a music playlist that was my genre. Extremely happy with Sundance and highly recommend.

The Gallup Sundance practice is the best! I feel safe there due to the excellent health and covid practices and the dental care is definitely the best around. Dr. Shaheen and his entire staff do their utmost to put the patient at ease. It felt good to come back to this office for a checkup and x-rays after a long absence.

Everyone was super friendly. We were there early, waited only 1 or two minutes to be called back, and we're finished in half an hour.
