The dentist himself is fine, no complaints at all. What I don't like about is the billing office they're associated with. They are very dishonest and took away my money without my knowledge. I visited the dentist several times in 2019, everything went well until one day I received a letter from my healthcare FSA administration company that I need to substantiate a charge put by this dental clinic as they seemed to overcharge my card based on EOB from my insurance company. I reached out to the clinic, long story short, they did overcharge my card, and I received an account statement showing $40 credit balance. I asked them to refund it to my card, otherwise my FSA administration company would freeze my account due to unqualified expense. They gave me their billing company number, and I called and was told it'll take about 10 business day to process a refund, and the best way out is for me to cut a check on my end, and later I can use the credit against any future charge. To prevent my card from being deactivated, I paid back$40 out my own pocket. Shortly pandemic started, so I hadn't visited the dentist for a long time. A year later, I moved out of town, I called the clinic and let them know I need to close the account and have a check issued to me for the $40 credit balance. I was told there is ZERO credit on my account. I explained and emailed back the account statement sent to me from their staff, but to no avail. Well, thank you for reading through this lengthy review, if you're using their service, check you insurance company EOB often. Good luck!

We love our Dental Hygienist Ada, she takes such great care of us!! The staff is always friendly and helpful with explaining billing, etc. And the new Dr. Nizami was very thorough and patient to answer any questions. I recommend this establishment and thankful for them!! Jill S.

I DON'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT IT'S REQUIRED. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY TOOK MONEY FOR SERVICES THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE. HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR TO HAVE IT FIXED. THEY ARE GOING TO BE SUED. MY HUSBAND WAS IN PAIN FOR OVER 1 MONTH. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! AGAIN DO NOT GO!!!
