Don't go to Suncoast Dental, any of them. They have floating dentists that do shoddy work and perform unnecessary procedures, then when you have to go back in repeatedly in an attempt to get relief from the pain that they caused, they just shrug and say "Well I wasn't the dentist that you saw" I went in with no pain and a chipped filling. I was told that I had to get a crown because my filling wasn't done with them and the dentist was unfamiliar with the technology that was used to create my original filling. After 5 visits, I have had constant pain for over a month and am now being told I have to see an endodontist for a root canal for a problem that a suncoast traveling dentist created. So I went from no pain and a chipped filling to a root canal for constant pain because of the work that was unnecessarily performed.

Been going to the dental office for the last 5 yrs and even with all the turnover with hygienist and dentist stuck it thru. After experiencing the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience with a hygienist I have never met before by the name of G I will never return to this office or any Suncoast Dental office again. I am still taken back at the way this individual acted and how unprofessional and unwilling to understand the patient. Let's just say my experience ended with her refusing to clean my teeth as I did not agree with her assessment and therefore I walked out letting her know I will take my dental needs to a much more professional and empathetic climate. Not to mention she spoke horrible about an implant I had done by their office. Unbelievable! Her attitude was completely out of line!!! STAY CLEAR and remember with dental care you have options!!!

Nice ppl. Wondered about new dentist and hygienist since last visit. Both seems very nice. Hygienist much more gentle than one I had 6 months ago. Dentist was nice, but did not introduce herself. Overall a pleasant experience.

I do NOT recommend this location for several reasons. I waited several months before submitting this review. With that being said, I did not appreciate them not requiring patients to wear masks while still dealing with covid. The only positive comment is that the front office staff were very nice. So to start, my kids had a couple cavities & I felt like the girl who cleaned their teeth lectured us. Several times she said to brush twice a day and brush nonstop for 2 minutes each time. I don't care what anyone says, kids do NOT brush for 2 whole minutes!!! That's just absurd. That's why the light up tooth brushes for kids only light up for 1 minute!!! I, as an adult, don't even brush for 2 straight minutes & I've only had 1 cavity my whole life. So that was really annoying to say the least. Next, she told me one of my kids had 9 cavities which happened to be that child's birthday & caused my child to cry . So I consoled and said if the worst thing that happened to us in 2021 was some cavities then it was a good year. The next child was said to have 8 cavities, one of which needed a root canal. So I said, it's on a baby tooth so absolutely not. The dentist, Ann Kharrat (sp?) seems new & looks like she's 16. They can't even do fillings at this location so they referred me to Goodyear Kids which is the same as Goodyear Modern Dentistry. They're a nightmare also so I said no. We had a bad experience there in early 2021 with an older child in the family who had wisdom teeth removed. Being that I didn't trust this dentist I got a 2nd & 3rd option. Both the 2nd & 3rd opinions said 4-5 cavities (for the child with 8 cavities) & to do a crown not a root canal. During the 2nd opinion, the birthday child who cried unnecessarily was found to only have the start of 2 cavities but neither needed to be fixed yet. So to me, sounds like Suncoast Dental gets a cut of all the referrals to Goodyear Kids I canceled future cleanings and will never return here. Unless you like the hot mess we went through, I don't recommend you bring your child here! We found a new home with the 3rd opinion who has 18 years experience.

From my initial call to schedule an appointment, to my visit, everything was awesome! Front office staff, hygienist, the Doctor all were kind, friendly and professional. No waiting, very smooth, thorough. So happy I chose them as my new dentist. Highly recommend.

I went in for an Emergency appointment. I was having sharp pain and couldn't Identify where the pain was coming from. They brought me in did full Xrays and Pictures and set me up for a wisdom tooth extraction. They were so so kind and understanding I highly recommend

Don't like them .Had a Dentist I didn't like ..Went too Specialty's In Phoenix the best Dentist Ever .there located in Phoenix.Perdect Teeth are good too .Sorry I had a Bad Experience with Suncoast Dentist ..In up.inn Emergency had a piece of Tooth left in my Mouth That didn't get Completely taken out or Exray when I asked the Dentist in Suncoast too do it ExRay my Side Tooth that was Hurting ..I felt he was a horrible Dentist and I Complain too the Managers about him also ..I would never Recommend Sun Coast Too anyone what I went threw in the Emergency Room Hospital because of one of there Dentist ..who didn't finish what he was suppose too do Left part of the Tooth inside my Gum Got Seriously Infected.. And that's the Truth back A few years ago .

Dr. Lala and her staff are the greatest. They are kind, friendly and make you feel welcomed. I went for my cleaning with Cara, who always makes me feel comfortable. I also had a loose crown, Dr. Lala examined my loose crown and we made a plan to take care of it. Dr. Lala explained everything to me, so that I understood best case and worst case scenarios. She made me feel very comfortable. Truth be told, I am not a fan of dental procedures.

Everyone there is very friendly. And took very good care of me. I have a huge fear of dentist and even though I was still scared they did everything they could to keep me as calm as they could. And went very slow. And waited tell I was ready. Highly recommend they for all you dental work.

I rarely write reviews, but I am so pleased with Suncoast Dental and Dr. Ann Kharrat. I called their emergency number Sunday night and was promptly called back and asked me to come in first thing Monday morning. They were able to work me in with only a 15 minute wait. After the exam and x-rays, Dr. Kharrat let me know the issue but they had no openings for treatment that day. After some pleading on my part, she went to the front desk and came back with an available appointment later that day! During the procedure, she and her staff made sure I was comfortable... well... as comfortable as one can be during an extraction.... and everyone including the front desk was exceptional.
