As a fellow dentist, I am obviously judicious and careful whom I recommend to my patients, family and friends. And being a fallible human being, as well as my having delayed timely check-ups due to Covid shutdowns, (like so many people), I ended up today having not just one Root Canal treatments, but 2 Root Canals! Ugh. Right!?? Well not bad at all! Dr Simpson was TERRIFIC! His local anesthetic injections (shots) were completely pain less! He was very meticulous and gentle while he was treating me. And as Dentist myself, I could see the finished service results, and they were text book perfect! And hats off to my good friend, Dr Kevin Mueller DMD, who referred me to Dr. Simpson. Kevin has been my general dentist for years! Dr. Mueller is also a superb general and cosmetic dentist. So both these docs are absolutely wonderful people and superb clinicians!

Dr. Simpson did a 100% pain free root canal. Very pleased with the entire staff. Really nice people and clinic. I highly recommend. Go Buckeyes.

Dr.Simpson did an amazing job on my 2 back to back root canals! And the the whole team took care of me efficiently! I Don't want to be in this position again to have to see them lol but if I was I'd definitely go back to dr Simpson only! the best endo I've seen hands down!

Dr. Simpson was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, explained the process clearly, he's kind & he has a soft touch. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable before starting and during the root canal. Brittany is a perfect assistant to Dr Simpson. Let's face it, a root canal isn't a picnic & adding to that my allergies were bad today. Brittany anticipated my every need. She gave the departing instructions clearly. I felt very cared for by all. The front desk ladies were equally incredible. Professional, efficient and friendly! They promised to call if they had a cancellation and they followed through. They cared that I was in pain and wanted to get me in ASAP. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Simpson and his staff are awesome! They care and are concerned about the patient. Fearful as I was, everything was thoroughly explained and I was made to feel comfortable. Many years of bad dentistry has left me apprehensive, and Dr. Simpson was very understanding. New to the Surprise area as many people are, I hope sharing my experience will help make a decision a little easier about quality dental care for others. Thank you to Dr. Simpson and staff. Originally, I had an appointment for a consultation but, before my appointment, I was impressed with how the office staff called me to offer me an earlier appointment so I could get my root canal done in one visit instead of two. I was a bit nervous & unsure of what to expect but Dr Simpson & his awesome assistant put me at ease. I remembered getting numb hurt pretty bad. Luckily, Dr Simpson has a light touch & I didn't feel a thing. I was surprised at how quick, efficient & painless the whole procedure was. Great job Dr Simpson! You can give me a root canal anytime, sir. ;)

Having had two successful root canals in the past month I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Simpson and his staff at Sun West Endodontics. Since it was my first root canal ever, I was nervous and had questions. They answered my questions and helped calmed my fears. In my opinion the second root canal was even better because I was less fearful and confident in Dr. Simpson and his staff. I am very happy with my experience at Sun West Endodontics!

I highly recommend Dr. Simpson and his endodontic practice. Dr. Simpson is not only highly skilled in his field, but extremely gentle, kind, caring, patient, and takes his time to explain everything in detail. Each and every member of the staff is approachable and caring and all of them take all the time necessary to make you feel important and answer any and all questions. I definitely recommend Dr. Simpson.

I've had two procedures done from Dr Simpson. He is super nice and does incredible work. Great staff! They go out of their way to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. Hands down some of the best customer service I've seen.
