From the front staff who got me in two minutes (had an emergency) after my 2 hour drive, to explaining each procedure, to having a complete conversation with need work, ordering my anti-biotic, and furnishing some needed pain pills and sending the X-rays with suggestions for me to share with my dentist in CA. ... everything was done in the most professional way .. I could not give a higher recommendation.. Thanks to the entire team.. John Casas

The provider tried to say I needed 4 quads of periodontal root planing without a reason. He didn't even do a pocket charting. Once he did he said oh yes let's do a regular cleaning.. then they proceeded to charge me for my full mouth x rays which are covered. I am sad i have to turn them in for fraud now charge me 75 dollars for my full

Just wanted to say that I am really happy with sun valley dental group. All the staff and drs are really nice. They are super accommodating and really flexible to my needs and schedule. I've never had any issues. There were times where I waited a little longer than expected but I'm super patient and understanding.

I recommend everyone to stay away from this place! This is the worst dental place in the San Fernando valley. Nobody here has an Actual Degree of dentistry that I seen in the office.I've had a root canal preformed here twice and I'm still feeling pain from my tooth! These people charged me $350 for a tooth that they didn't even want to give me. These people and the insurance companies need to treat people better and actually take their patients words into consideration. These people will try to rob/scam you anyway possible and keep the medicine they are supposed to use on you and keep it for themselves to get high on. Disgrace of an office and staff.

This place is full of laziness and crooks. Because they take medi-cal they try to pick and choose procedures after making appointments. They always try to get your to pay out of pocket for things (usually with suggestions) watch out and questions everything "suggestion" they give because it might be just for their financial gain.

This is a horrible place ! employees are not friendly at all. My appointment was 1 p.m. 01/21/2021 and i left there office at 2 pm without getting checked or visit with any dentist. DO NOT waste your time. You may pay a little more money somewhere else but you'll be treated like human beings not an animal.

Horrible Service! If you have an appointment you won't get treated until after an hour or more! The place is so small that there is barely any room to walk around especially in the hallways.

This place is an absolute Joke! My mom was supposed to come take care of me this weekend since i am disabled & chronically ill . SHE was promised her dentures would be fixed & given back to her last week when she dropped them off , fast forward to today 09/04/20 ... ( the weekend) everyone at that office all left and my mom is TOOTHLESS one more weekend ! I suggest you go ELSEWHERE!
