I was with sun dental for two years. beside they recommended to made my three good teeth became bad. It cost me a lot from my Vn pocket after insurance. After two year with them I only can it soup. I don't know how they eared their degree

Very bad experience. My whole family were patients for about 2 years and we were never treated like we were welcome..I recieved an email on my birthday stating I got a birthday gift, however on my next appointment the front desk acted as if they didn't know anything and said they would "contact the owner." I also made an appointment for a tooth extraction, but they just cleaned my teeth and told me to make another appointment. So, I made an another appointment and while I was on the treatment chair they told me the procedure would only take place if I paid first. I was extremely disappointed in the service. Me and my family always felt out of place coming here. I am Asian too, but they only were caring towards other Vietnamese patients. My family and I won't be coming back to this dentist office.

You need to lower a little your expectations before you come here! English may not be the first choice of language, but if you have enough patience and repeat after them to ensure you fully understand the situation! And if they can do better general clean around there station, I will given them another star! Please see photo #1 and 2.

When I came in with my insurance, they treat me so special with cleaning every 2-3 months. I told them what I really need and want to do, but they always suggested me something else. Anyway, when they pulled out 3 of my teeth, they told me that I have to pay 500 cash in order to apply the implant (without the teeth). Then I will have to come back in the next 4 months for the teeth. Today is 4 months up, I called them to make an appointment for it. They told me that the teeth will cost me 900-1000 additionally, for just one teeth. But they have never mentioned anything about the price at the beginning. If I knew about this, I should have done it while I was in Vietnam for 2 months or somewhere else. They told me when I have my money in hand, call them and they will help me with this process. No thanks.

It was the worst experience. Appointment at 9:30 did not get help until 10:30. Terrible clean job damage bottom of my teeth. Bui leave 2 big holes and dont even mention about it. Crew her...I wish I could give 0 "zero" star. I would never come back. Alert for all. I would not recommend to this place.

It was my first visit and they really made it feel welcoming and everyone seemed friendly. I forgot the name of the dentist who cleaned my teeth but she did an amazing job and was very informative/talkative during the whole cleaning so I wasn't just lying there while someone scraped around my teeth. Also this is a very nice dental office. Clean, beautiful orchids, friendly staff and informative doctor. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new dentist.

Clean and professional dental office. Just got my wisdom tooth removed and had amazing experience. I paid cash for service and their prices are reasonable! They took good care of me! Staffs are so kind and the doctor is nice and he is great in explaining everything thoroughly! Highly recommend everyone to come here!!
