This place sucks.Last year I made an inquiry about the price for a nightguard. They said they would call me back after checking out my insurance. But i have not heard back for more than an year. When I returned to them this year, their care service got even worsen. The dentist did not even realize the xray he showed me was from a year ago. They didn't even take a new xray for this year. What a terrible customer service and careless provider! Also, it's been very inconvenient for a hygienist was available only on Mondays and Tuesdays. I would not go back to this place, and recommend this place to anyone.

I really enjoyed getting my dental work here until I was over charged for a procedure. Before I got anything done, I was given an amount for a procedure (they were aware my insurance would be involved) when I received a letter from my insurance, they were being charged more than what was first said and in addition I had to pay $600. When I went to ask about the change in price there was no explanation given. I am currently looking for a new dentist.

Before you go to Dr. Kim's clinic, remember he is not specialized in Endodontics/ Root Canal treatment. I thank him he honestly told me that. However, I was so frustrated that I was sent back home with my toothaching situation because he said to be NOT able to treat my case of root canal job he mentioned "complications ". I'm hopeless that I got there for nothing nevertheless 3-4 hour driving on my day off and that I would need another a month or so to wait for some doctor's appointment. I can't wait for the ache getting worse.

With their COVID-19 policy to enforce patients to wait in their car before going into the facility, this facility should know how to go by their appointment schedule. When I arrived, I have called in right at my appointment time saying that I am waiting in my car. I was asked to stay in my car until they gave me a call. After 25 mins of waiting in my car, no one calls or gives me a notice saying that it will take more time. At 30 minutes mark past my appointment, I, not them, called to ask when I am able to walk in for my appointment and hears a response that it will take them 10 more minutes. Then, they finally call me past 40 mins of my appointment time to walk into the facility. And when I saw the dentist after being sat at the station, it was more like 50 minutes past my appointment time. I think I signed up for an appointment not to feel like I am a walk-in patient, not to have them alter any of my schedule without a notice.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 4 yrs. Their work is thorough, professional, and efficient! I highly recommend this practice as a competent dental practice. You will not be disappointed!!!

I had to get my impacted wisdom teeth removed as a college student during COVID season. The whole place is very hygienic, neat, and modern. Dr. Kim's teeth extractions were quick and comfortable, and the whole service including the front desk was excellent. Recovery was smooth and the use of absorbable sutures was very helpful. Didn't have dental insurance, and the price was reasonable for the service. Very good.

Hospitable staffs and absolute professional doctor. Dr. Kim was very transparent and honest with me during my consultation visit. I know I had to get various treatments but he took his time to thoroughly explain all the steps and procedures. It's quite rare to see doctors taking their time to sit down with you these days since they are so in and out of the rooms. For this sole reason, I will be trusting this office for my family's dental care.

Our family has been to different dental clinics here in the metro Atlanta area but Dr. Kim's dental hospital in Duluth has been far the cleanest, safest, and most professional dental office. The staffs are extremely friendly and Dr. Kim is amazing with his dental work. I am writing this review in the midst of covid. During these difficult times, Dr. Kim's office has taken care of our family in the safest and best way possible.

WARNING: Never even got in the door!!! I called last week for a new patient appointment. The representative on the phone did not understand my insurance and I had to speak to a manager, who as it turned out also knew nothing about my insurance. Nevertheless, they scheduled me and took my info and promised to callback once ins was verified- that call never came. On the day of my appointment, I call the office to confirm all is in order BUT they have no record of my call or appointment or my insurance- so not only do they want to push out my appointment another TWO weeks, but I have to go through the whole song and dance AGAIN being passed from rep to a different manager to give my info. Again I'm told ok your appointment is rescheduled (sorry for the mix up) we'll verify your ins and call you back. Here we are again on the day of my appointment and still no call, so I call in to confirm all is in order and once again I'm passed from rep to yet another "manager" to give my ins info, this time via text to an unlisted number and promised I'll get a call back (at this point my appt is in 2 hours so they call me back about 30 min later). The manager says you're covered in full so you'll pay full price- WHAT?! He says I have to pay full price and request reimbursement but I'm covered. So I tell him I'll call back and call my INS directly who confirm I am covered and owe $0 for this service. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will not be rescheduling. Don't know what kind of shady stuff is going on over there but this experience was enough for me to take my business else where and leave a review to warn others.
