Born in Damascus, Syria, Dr. Demetree immigrated with her family to Jacksonville, FL when she was 8 years old. She is bilingually fluent in both Arabic and English. Dr. Demetree earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from University of Florida. Upon graduation, she decided to stay in Gainesville and become a double Gator! She attended University of Florida College of Dentistry and graduated with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
After graduating, she moved back to her hometown of Jacksonville, FL where she worked in a fast-paced family dental practice. She got married to her soul-mate and best friend in December of 2019 and they moved to the greater Orlando area in August of 2020.
Dr. Demetree is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association. She has completed special training and is a certified Invisalign provider and Botox certified.She is very excited to be providing these and other dental services.
In 2017 and 2018, Dr. Demetree traveled to Guatemala for a Christian Dental Society Service Trip where she provided dental care for the gracious Guatemalans of Palin. She is very passionate about volunteering her dental care for the underserved population. Dr. Demetree loves to combine both her backgrounds in nutritional and dental sciences in order to provide patients with the best oral health education.
Dr. Demetree and her husband reside in Clermont. When not working, they enjoy going to Orange Theory Fitness Gym, traveling, visiting family and the beach back in Jacksonville, and trying new recipes.
