Rude staff problems with scheduling. Have used both dentist they are great but support staff incompetent.

I spent thousands of dollars(cash) with this clinic on partial a year ago, one tooth fell off twice and the second time calling the first week of august they gave me appointment for October, with a missing tooth??(guess that's not considered an emergency)needless to say I changed dentist and had to pay for everything all over again because of the poor quality of material that was used!!! Heart breaking for sure!!

I was super early for my 1.00 appt, which I was lucky for, Dr Valentine had a cancellation and I was able to get my broken and very very painful tooth pulled on my 1st visit.. I asked for the Laughing gas and they gladly gave it to me.. I am still SUPER impressed with Dr Valentine.. He was able to pull my molar out, without the tooth even cracking or breaking!! He just pulled it right out.. I have to say, Ashton, the dental assistant, was so nice and even rubbed my arm as he was injection the shots.. Great job and thank you so much!! I am actually looking forward to seeing this dentist again!!

Dr Brett Valentine is awesome. He's very kind and gentle when dealing with one's teeth. I've known him for well over 30 something years and can testify he is a great Christian man who cares about his patients. Can't say enough about him. Highly recommend giving him a try. His staff is great too.

As a 5+ year patient I incurred a broke/chipped tooth. Sumrall Dental could not see me for 16 days. They certainly have to make time for emergencies of their regular patients. I found a new dentist who saw me in 2 days and fixed the tooth - - not a good way to treat patients.

The staff and dentists are absolutely amazing!! Sweet, hometown people who make you feel.... well, at home! (And not like you're at the dentist!) Absolutely could not recommend more! I've been using them for years now and have referred lots of friends and family, who were also VERY pleased with their services. My grandmother got her teeth pulled and dentures made there in the same day and never had to go without any teeth! Truly feel like they deserve more than 5 stars!

Dr valentine is awesome. Great guy to hold a conversation with while getting your teeth worked on. I drive 45 mins just for him to take care of my dental needs. Keep up the great smiles you are creating.

This is the most rudest most disrespectful dentist office ever. I will never ever use this place again. The staff there is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I went there for a tooth pull an they didn't give me nothing for pain but yet can go to the hospital the same day an get something for pain after having a tooth pulled. They don't even deserve to have any stars or be in business. They wanna tell u to take something that is not for pain. I have been to other dentists before an had way better care.

I went there approximately three years ago, trusting that my twisted top and bottom front teeth would be corrected. After spending a great deal of money, and wearing their clear correct trays, my teeth are still twisted. I then trusted again, and asked for a gold cap to match the one I already had. After spending thousands there, I have twisted top and bottom teeth, and two gold caps that don't match. I am presently still paying for a service that I am so, not pleased with. WHENEVER I'm done paying for it, I'll have to start ALL OVER again somewhere else to correct my teeth. I live in Hattiesburg and was advised to go there, but it is NOT my recommendation to go there. I walked in with twisted teeth, and walked out twisted, and with a gold cap that looks like a missing tooth on photos, and an ongoing bill to pay.

I'm a dental assistant/office manager, been in multiple practices, and have never seen a doctor treat their patients with as much care as Dr. Valentine. We were completely satisfied thus far! 12 years dental assisting/office management!

Would not recommend this clinic to anybody they are rude especially the techs . They don't follow through with what they say that they're going to do I'm out money for going to the clinic in wasting my time there and for attack not following up with her job she should be fired . I would like to be reimbursed for having to drive all the way out there and having to have my teeth x-rayed and then them not doing the job that they said that they were going to do I would rate this company as a zero
