Dr. Susler cares deeply about her patients oral and overall health, and feels it is vital that each person have an active role in their treatment decisions. Dr. Majelle Susler is a Wisconsin native, having grown up in the small southwestern town of Fennimore. She attended Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. Upon her graduation, she worked for two years as researcher in the Microbiology Department at The Medical College of Wisconsin.
Her calling to become a dentist, led her to Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she graduated from in 2007. Dr. Susler then joined the United States Air Force, where she completed a one-year dental residency and active-duty service as a Captain for an additional three years.
Upon completion of her service in 2011, Dr. Susler returned to Wisconsin to begin her civilian dental career. She resides in Waukesha with her husband, Brad, and son, Cohen, where they are engaged in the community, including sports and other school activities.
Gen earned her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Dental Hygiene from Madison Area Technical College. She holds certifications in local anesthetic, nitrous oxide and laser therapy. Her 25 plus years of experience as a dental hygienist started when she combined her overall interest in healthcare with the realization that the first thing she notices about people when she meets them is their smile.
Gen still loves what she does and the patients she treats.She strives to provide each patient with a positive experience and especially enjoys educating her patients on ways to achieve good oral health. Gen takes great pride in working with her patients to explain to them what options they have to achieve a beautiful smile.
In her spare time, Gen loves to read, travel and attempt to play golf. She loves animals, especially her rescue dogs, whom she loves to spoil any way she can. Gen also stays busy on her weekends off by selling real estate, and enjoys matching people and homes.As busy as Gen is, spending quality time with family and friends always tops her list of things that bring her joy.

Today, I got X-rays and a cleaning by Sheri. She was SO excellent! Not only did she explain everything that she was doing during the process, but she also gave me helpful tips for my at-home dental care! She was gentle, yet very thorough. I left feeling very good about my teeth! 10 out of 10 recommend Dr.Susler, Sheri, and the rest of the helpful, happy staff.

What a wonderful place. DR. Sussler knows dentistry! I finally found someone who can work on my teeth and have a valid explanation. The staff is always friendly. The place is clean. Hygiene is practiced. I'm glad I went there when I needed a new dentist. They are the best!

If I have to have my teeth worked on, I couldn't ask for a better team than Summit Square. They go out of their way to make me comfortable in every way, even when I'm just out of sorts personally. They are so kind, infinitely competent, and full of great energy. I feel like I am a real, known person to them, and not just another set of teeth. I could not recommend them any more highly, especially if you don't love the dentist. Doctor and the team will make your experience as positive as it can possibly be!

I truly appreciate the service I receive from the time I enter the office until I leave. Everyone knows their particular job very well. All of the staff at Summit Square Dental were extremely pleasant, it made going to the dentist something to look forward to! I was also able to get in for an urgent filling replacement the next day between two other appointments!
