When I was in college, the idea of being a dentist and providing an important service for people while working with my hands seemed like a good idea at the time, and as it turns out, it was! Being a pediatric dentist was just a natural and perfect fit. I love working with kids and enjoy the challenge of helping them through the sometimes scary stuff we do, making it understandable and fun. I cannot put into words how rewarding it is to watch and participate in the growth and development of my patients from their first visits until they are young adults. Making kids happy with their smiles has been my life's work, a decision I have never regretted, and one that I still love. You can find out more about me by visiting me on Google+.

I feel I must always fully participate in learning new ideas and trends, and I continue to update my knowledge in order to serve my patients to the best of my abilities. I am proud of my commitment to continuing education, which has allowed me to deliver the most optimal treatment to my patients. Additionally, I am proud of my team members, who embrace the desire to provide the best care and routinely advance their knowledge.

I grew up in Queens, NY, and currently live in New Jersey with my wonderful family. I have been married to my wife, Rochelle, since my first year of dental school. We have two children, a daughter named Johanna and a son, Alex, who is married to Allison. Aside from spending time with my family, friends, and dogs named Charlee and Lucy, I enjoy cooking, playing golf, and following the Yankees and Giants.

We recognize that all of our young patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your child to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.

I help maintain my patients healthy smiles in a fun, comfortable, and educational environment. I take a gentle approach to making the kids feel welcome and relaxed and truly enjoy watching them grow up. I have been working with Dr. K and the rest of our amazing team for more than six years. We all want to make the kids feel safe at the dentist.

My husbands name is Mike, and we have two daughters, Ally and Brook, along with two Shih-Tzus, Willy and Remy. I love to read, shop, go to the movies, and travel. People who know me are surprised to find that I am also a fan of free-style/hip-hop music.

I am one of Dr. Korsons chairside assistants, and my biggest responsibility for the eight years I have been here is working as a team to allow the kids to ease through their visits. I really am proud of the fact that I am part of this wonderful team working together to achieve the same goal. We value the importance of the relationships weve built with the children and their parents. I am so happy to be in an office that values these relationships.

My family is very special to me. My husband, Ben, and I have three children. Our son is in the Navy and spends much of his time underwater in a sub. Our second is attending FIT and is majoring in marketing. Our youngest just graduated high school and is going to Rutgers in the fall.

I not only work at the front desk but also help coordinate the staff and scheduling. Since I am married to Dr. Korson, I am happy to step in whenever I am needed. Originally trained as an art teacher, I have been able to put my skills in art and my love of children to good use in the office. Steve and I have worked for many years together, and I have a keen understanding of the dynamics of the practice. This is a family, and no one understands this better than I.

Coincidentally, I have the same kids and dogs as Dr. Korson. I love spending time with the family but while Steve is playing golf or watching the Yankees, I am out with friends or doing my artwork. I am proud of the logos I have created for the practice and my contribution to the design of the office.

I am a chairside assistant but I also help at the desk, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, answer the phone, and basically function as Dr. Korsons Girl Friday. I have worked for Dr. Korson for more than ten years, but I now work only part-time so I can take care of my two children. Working here is all about the kids, getting to know them and making their dental experiences as positive as possible. They make me laugh and the time goes by so quickly. Our office is fun, friendly, and best of all, full of magic!

I have been married to my husband, Shawn for a bit over ten years, and we have two children who love hanging out in the office. Brody, our German Short Haired Pointer, is the newest addition to my family. I am originally from Cuba and am bilingual in English and Spanish.

My husband John and I have three grown children and one dog, a cockapoo named Roxy. Both my husband and I come from large familiesI have 34 nieces and nephewsso being around kids is something that comes very naturally to me. I also have a brother with Down syndrome with whom I had a very special relationship. I spent many years as a volunteer with Special Olympics and ARC of Camden County.

My husband Chris and I have two kids, Alex and Ryan, and two doodle dogs, Max and Logan. I love summer and going to be the beach, and Im a Disney guru! In our community, Im president of my school districts Special Education Parent Association and a board member of CHS Friends of the Performing Arts.

As a pediatric dentist, I feel the ability to provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment is an essential ingredient of our service. By being able to emphasize early intervention, I am able to intercept many bite problems and minimize their effects. This generally leads to reduced treatment times and more stable results in the teenage years. Aside from providing traditional braces, I also am a Preferred Provider of Invisalign. Moreover, I was the firstlocal practitioner with enough experience to be listed on the Invisalign Teen website. These are distinctions that I am proud to have attained. It allows my staff and me to deliver this exciting technology in hundreds of caseswith extreme confidence.

There are many things that differentiate us from other practices. First and foremost is our friendly and professional staff. I have worked with many dental assistants, hygienists, and office managers over the years, but the present group is collectively the best. Their experience, dedication, and abilities are impressive. Our staff members have worked here for many years, allowing them to get to know our patients and for the patients to know them. This adds to the sense of family the practice has developed.

Our office is located in a 120-year-old home built in 1890 by the first mayor of Summit, George Wilcox. There are 12-foot ceilings, original parquet floors, and crown moldings, giving the office a unique, homey, warm, and relaxed atmosphere. Add a foosball table, a video arcade game, toys, and whimsical design, and you have a dental office where kids, teens, and parents alike all feel at home.

Magic is a tool we use to great advantage to break the ice and develop an immediate rapport with our young patients. There is nothing like chairside magic to engage a child's attention and gain trust. I have done hundreds of shows integrating magic with dentistry for nursery schools over my years in the Summit area. This community service has introduced the importance of healthy teeth and regular dental visits to thousands of children in a fun and non-threatening way.

Dr Korson, is very patient and understanding with kids. My kids has been going to him since they were babies, and now they are 12. They are never afraid of the dentist, taking them is always a ease.

My daughter has been going here since she was very young, and she is now 14. Dr. Korson is a fantastic dentist who makes my (sometimes anxious) daughter feel at ease no matter the procedure, issue, etc. The office staff is also fantastic. We love Summit Pediatric Dentistry!

This practice is just awesome! The place looks like a carnival, with all sorts of cool things like circus mirrors, hilarious posters, and the dentist, Dr. Korson is a magician (on the side). My kids enjoyed their visit to the dentist, and he was very clear with me about the procedure. He took care to do the work carefully and with no discomfort to my kids. The nurse who worked with him was very caring and gentle. She eased any nervousness. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Super laid back and designed for kids. Not stuffy, scary dentist office at all. And they did a great job on my kids teeth! Bonus: Dr. Korson did some magic tricks after a long procedure which made my kids super excited.

We had our first dental appointment with my toddler and it went very well. Dr. Korson is an amazing pediatric dentist and has a very unique approach to kids. My son who usually crying at every doctor appointment, was amazed by all toys and stories and even followed all the directions. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Dr. Korson especially for families with very small kids.

Dr. Korson not only is a great pediatric dentist but a very genuine person. He strives to be conservative and provides great preventative care to our 3 boys so that our children's future dental care requirements are minimal. My boys looks forward to seeing him for their six month cleanings.
