I had an awesome experience here I will be back or recommend this place to anyone with major dental work quick all questions answered staff was fun and friendly no issues with my wisdom tooth and to be completely honest it doesn't hurt like I thought it would. Great service to have in town thanks.

I went in to have my wisdom teeth taken out and that went fine. I continued to have pain for two months after however and finally decided to go back in. I had a large abscess and he wouldn't get me in even though I couldn't eat or sleep. It took going to my regular dentist where my abscess popped and him calling Dr. Grey and telling him to get me in. Dr. Grey told us to come in at 1:45 we were there at 1:30 and didn't get to see him until 3. Turns out he had squeezed his friend in before me for a cavity. I was expecting an apology for making me wait but he said nothing. During the procedure he was hurting my mouth and I started to cry a little and instead of concern I got, "Geeze hand her a tissue, I made her cry". I'm guessing the 5 star reviews for him only come from his friends. Don't come here. Don't send your kids here.

Dr. Grey doesn't seem to care about his patients. This practice was unprofessional and cost my sister unnecessary pain, infection, and suffering. Take your kids elsewhere!

This second review follows our first bad experience with this office. My wife voiced her concerns with the rude and condescending receptionist to the dental assistant and completed her procedure with no issues. Upon completion of the procedure, we were told we could set a follow up appointment, but were for some unknown reason ushered out the back door to the parking lot. We decided to call later and upon arriving home, My wife needed to call due to some complications. We were unable to get ahold of anyone despite there supposedly being a 24 hour answering service. We finally called a third office number and got an on call Dr. to assist. Fast forward to this week. My wife called to set an appointment for a follow up in August. Nobody returned her call, so I called and left 2 messages, and got no returned call. Finally, today she got ahold of someone to set an appointment and to ask a question about follow up care. She was told that she needed to talk to her pharmacist and that they felt disrespected and would not be willing to schedule any follow-up appointments and would be making a referral for another oral surgeon (which they never referred, BTW). Dr. Gray was quite competent and did a fine job on the procedure, but the issue with this office is the lack of customer care, communication, follow up and accountability for staff behavior and attitudes. Staffing seems to be inadequate, as well, since return phone calls are slow or nonexistent. The actions of this office in essentially "firing" a paying customer because of one complaint, seems heavy handed and maybe even suspicious. As someone who has supervised dozens of employees, I understand the importance of taking customer convenience and comfort seriously and the importance of disciplining a staff member who treats a customer as an inconvenience. It is true that the customer is not always right, but it's also true that employees aren't either. Despite my wife's efforts to get help with proper after care and a proper referral for continued care, this staff has shirked its responsibility to a patient in need. Is this the normal behavior of this office or is it something more insidious such as a racial component? These are questions that require investigation. This experience was outrageous and extremely disheartening and due to the lack of empathy, patient privacy and basic customer care, we have no choice but to make a report to any and all relevant agencies about this matter.

I had to wait 1 hour for my procedure on 05/20/21 @ 2pm. The receptionist Brooke was extremely rude and condescending. When I walked in for my procedure, I mentioned that I was there for my appointment with Dr. Gray, and she loudly advertised what procedure I was getting done with people hearing in the lobby. If I'm not wrong, isn't that a HIPAA violation?? I don't want anyone to know what I'm getting done!! That's confidential information. Not sure if I'm going to come back again!! Brooke made our experience terrible, she wasn't apologetic for anything or thanked us for our patience, and was short with us!!
