The staff, the care, the quickness, the after care! Everything was a 10/10 for me! They are soo nice, patient and gentle. I would recommend this place and this location to everyone if i could!

The Best Oral Surgeon you could ever want! I had a back tooth removed yesterday. Today I feel no pain, very little soreness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Well I was given an appointment insurance was checked and the receptionist said it was approved the day before a different receptionist said the insurance wasnt accepted. She also stated it wasn't her who said yes to the insurance being accepted so it's ok to run a company this way. Very rude was cut off several times and I won't be going to this company at all in the future

The only way I see fit to start a review about Summit Oral & Maxillofacial is by mentioning Dr. Rosolino (Russ) Sclafani and the AMAZING and helpful team at the office. Let's face it, oral surgery isn't something people grin ear to ear about happily. From the front desk receptionists to assistants, nurses and Dr. Sclafani himself, everyone made my experience that much more relaxing. Starting with an in depth consultation (wisdom teeth extraction) to the day of the surgery, the team made sure I felt extremely comfortable at every stage of what was going to happen. Post surgery care, again, was something that the entire Summit Oral team excelled in. Any question, concern, comment I might have had, the team was ready to help, explain and guide me to the right path. The people at Summit Oral made this experience so much better than I could have expected. -Thanks

Hello all! I got my wisdom teeth taking out yesterday! I will say this was my first surgery and Dr. Sclafani made this experience amazing. I went in with tons of nerves. But after it was all down I don't know why I was even nervous. Dr. Sclafani and his staff calmed me down and before I knew it the procedure was over. I am glad I chose to go here!

As some one with a panic disorder, ocd, an anxiety disorder and this being my first surgery ever I cannot recommend this place enough, my surgeon was wonderful at taking time to answer all my silly questions and the surgery was a breeze. He also catered to my anxiety disorder and I think I left the surgery happier then I already went in being! The surgeon has amazing sense of humor as well and my favorite part was his little send off message for me when I went into space " your gonna go to sleep now, we're gonna take great care of you :)" and before I could even say "I've definitely heard that in a horror movie before" with in seconds I was out! he saved my teeth for me and sent me home with a little goody bag I remember being absolutely thrilled that I was gifted chapstick. Almost sad I won't be coming back to get any more wisdom teeth out. This place is amazing.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Sclafani. It was such a great experience. I was very nervous, but everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. They have a great team.

I was so nervous for nothing. Had one of my wisdom teeth pulled today and the prep time was worse than the tooth coming out. That only took about a minute. Nichole (?) and Jessica were great as well as the ladies who checked me in. They took care of someone that was really nervous :) I wouldn't hesitate again if I had to get it done.

I had to go in to get a tooth pulled. While I was a bit anxious, the whole staff worked to put me at ease. While no one loves going in for dental work, if you have to have it done, this is the place to go! Everything was explained to me in detail by a very compassionate staff. This includes Dr. Sclafani who was very calming through the entire process. He is the best! I would highly recommend this office to everyone for any dental work needed.

The best dental place I've come across! The doctor was super friendly and made you feel like family and let's not forget the amazing staff super nice and courteous. My brother had 4 wisdom teeth pulled out and called next day to check up on him. Guys this place is highly recommended!

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and the whole process was a breeze. First when I walked in I was greeted by Tara & Shannon. They made me feel comfortable and were easy to talk to. I was then taken back to the room. Dr. Sclafani and his assistants Kia and Jessiva were awesome. We all made small talk and laughed while they finished grabbing some supplies. I could tell I was in good hands by the energy in the room, Dr. Sclafani was confident and so was his team. All in all it was great and I highly recommend.

Shannon at the front desk exceeded every expectation I have had for customer service. I called in a panic to schedule my appointment and by the time we were done with the scheduling she had me calmed down and relaxed. Prior to my appointment she messaged me with reminders and updates always reassuring me of how simple the procedure would be. When I arrived the day of the appointment she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I can't thank her enough. Dr. Sclafani was one of the realest doctors I have ever spoken to. His sports experience and background made conversation so relaxing. He does a fantastic job of making patients feel comfortable at some of the most uncomfortable times. He was a great surgeon and did an amazing job as well! I highly recommend the Romeo office for any oral surgery needs. Shannon and Dr. Sclafani separate themselves from every other place I have experienced!

I went in on Friday 7/30 for all 4 wisdom teeth to be removed. The surgery went well and they got the teeth out. They were nice and kind until the medical assistants started asking me all types of personal questions about cosmetic medical procedures I had done a few years ago noted on my chart. Asking how much it cost, who paid for it, etc. asking who bought and paid for my jewelry I was wearing...just so unprofessional. that made me very uncomfortable as I came to. And if I'm not mistaken that goes against hipaa laws. It's none of their business! On top of that the dr gave me 6 pain pills to recover from 4 impacted wisdom teeth being extracted. Are you joking me? I went back today Monday the 2nd to see if something was wrong and told him my friend who got hers removed a few months prior was given a proper prescription with enough pain medicine to get her through recovery. He condescendingly told me (dr lehal) I don't care what anyone else said. Terrible bedside manor to somebody who just paid you two thousand dollars for oral surgery. The fact he didn't even look in my mouth to make sure everything was okay really upset me. I am still very much in pain and sorry but Tylenol extra strength isn't doing anything.

I went in to have a tooth pulled and I was terrified. Super anxious about the whole thing. Had never had a surgery or a tooth pulled. The nurses and the dcotor were SUPER understanding. Megan I believe was the name of the nurse and she was the greatest!!!
