Nice office and staff members, but this company never takes you at the time of your appointment. I have been to different locations and it is all the same. Even if they let you inside the patient room, you are stuck waiting for the dentist way past your scheduled appointment time. We all have lives and things to do and should not be left waiting. Make less appointments if you can't fit in your patients at the discussed time slot.

I waited 3 months for an appointment and when I was 3 minutes late to my schedule they told me I have to reschedule. And I definitely didn't like how that lady on front desk was behaving with me. I don't know if it's because I'm brown

I've been a practicing dentist in Royal Oak for 32 years. I came to Summit Oral Surgery for my dental implant, because they have done wonders with the many patients we referred there over the year. They are the friendliest people you will ever meet! Dr. Kraemer did a stellar job placing my implant, and the staff went over and beyond to make me feel at home. Every patient we refer to these very skilled and caring people, come back with only very positive things to say. Excellent! Painless! Kind! These are just some of the words they use. Thank you, to all of the doctors and staff at Summit Oral Surgery for being so amazing!!

Just got my wisdom teeth out today. Dr Kraemer is an awesome doc and I refer him to anyone getting teeth pulled. Dude is a quality human being. Hurts afterward but he did a great job. Didn't feel a thing. Propofol is no joke lol. This place gets 10 out of 5 stars!

Surgery was excellent. However, it feels like they are more interested in spending your insurance money than understanding your "work," logistics so you can spend your insurance money with them. Doctors would not extend my medical release by 1 day. Only 3 are allowed via this office. My job requires 5... for INSURANCE and FINANCIAL reasons.

Just got my wisdom teeth out today. Dr Kraemer is an awesome doc and I refer him to anyone getting teeth pulled. Dude is a quality human being. Hurts afterward but he did a great job. Didn't feel a thing. Propofol is no joke lol. This place gets 10 out of 5 stars!

Had my wisdom teeth pulled out here. I put it off for years because I don't like the pain associated with anything dental related but wow did I have a pleasant experience at Summit. First off, the ladies work at the front desk are extremely helpful with scheduling and dealing with insurance. I had my initial exam and was scheduled for extraction. The night before my procedure I barely slept, I was going to be put asleep for it which made me feel a little better. The surgeon came in and started the IV, all pain free, very smooth and gentle and BAM I was out. Woke up with my teeth out with absolutely no pain or swelling. This is now day 4 after my surgery and I am still shocked I haven't had any discomfort or pain at all. I am recommending Summit to everyone I know who needs any type of oral work done.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Everyone here was great! Especially Dr. LeRose! I definitely recommend Summit!

Dr. Kramer and his staff is an awesome team. Everyone is so polite and helpful. I really enjoy talking with Ariel. Her personality is so calming and reassuring. She really helped me a lot while I was going through my process.

Had a good experience @ Warren office, in Dec. Would have appreciated it if Dr. had explained procudere I was having, was told a tooth would be removed and it was @ very sm root that had been under my bridge for several yrs, I ask to see the tooth and was shocked to see a very small piece and said to the asst. gee that is a very small tooth, and did not know until I got home ia tooth wasn't taken out @all.no follow up calls which I always have got following dental surgery.I am a heart Pt with 4 stents and was given no antibiotics, I know they are being given only if needed, but I haven't been well since dental procuders.. I reccomend Summit but would like to see more information given to the patient.
