I wish I left a review when this happened in 2016. Got my wisdom teeth removed (fully knocked out under anesthesia) here in 2016 by Dr. Hackenberger. Ended up with TMJ directly after the procedure. Never experienced TMJ at all before this. For 2 years I dealt with my jaw locking shut. My jaw still clicks and pops out of place. I complained about this (in 2016) and Dr. Hackenberger fully DENIED any responsibility in causing this issue for me. I was told the surgery couldn't cause TMJ. Wisdom teeth removal can absolutely cause TMJ. TO THIS DAY (6 years later) I'm still dealing with the repercussions (TMJ) of the surgery.

Great team all around! So kind, calming, and great at helping to distract you from what's going on (if you are nervous, like I was). I mentioned to them that I had pretty bad anxiety with this being my first time being under anesthesia, and they were so supportive. Very quick and hardly any pain just hours after wisdom teeth removal. Can't thank them enough!

The staff, from the doctor, to the front desk employees, to the nurses are absolutely wonderful. Friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. They all took the time to answer all our questions, never rushed us, and kept us informed through everything. I highly recommend this facility for your oral surgery needs.

The dr'S here is wonderful but they staff the front desk girls Clare and Katie are rude and lazy she don't listen at all she running folks away with here mouth talking about she have covid 19 like why are you at work just getting free money and talking to people like she knows everything but your job is to answer the phone and see what's wrong not telling people that you have covid 19 and what not to do....then yelled at me because she was wrong so I called her a name because that's how she was acting very rude and unprofessional I hate them front desk girls they don't do there work

Support staff was not helpful - from when I checked in with my insurance to after surgery when the doctors assistant forgot to give us scripts afterwards. Also there was zero follow up after surgery - no check in after to ask how I was doing. I wouldn't go back for the other wisdom teeth if they also needed extraction.

I would always drive past this place and think if I ever needed dental work I would go there. Well now that I've been referred there it's been 6 weeks since I've seen the dr. and they still haven't sent my paperwork to my insurance!! My husband made a call to them and apparently billing works from home and he was told they would call back, never did! I still have a tooth needing fixing and they could care less about me!

I was referred to this office for a tooth extraction. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Dr. Lerose explained everything and the tooth was out before I knew it. No pain. Highly recommend the facility, the staff and Dr Lerose.

I was referred here by my dentist for wisdom tooth extractions. I have medical anxiety and was extremely nervous to be receiving anesthesia for the first time ever. The staff and doctor were all very comforting and made the experience so easy on me. Special shout out to Rachel - she seemed like she picked up on my anxiety right away and knew how to keep me calm and walked me through everything they were doing. It felt like I had closed my eyes for a moment and then it was over. Amazing staff and doctors!

Hadn't slept in 3 days until I found Summit. My painful cracked tooth had to be pulled...no choice. All done while chilling to Pink Floyd with my headphones, in and out in 1/2 hour. Doing alright with a couple of stitches, some Motrin and antibiotics. A happy camper am I... thank you Summit!!!

I was pleased with the process entering the establishment during this pandemic. I was called to exam room where I was prepped to have tooth extracted. Dr came in explained what he was about to do. He gave me medication that numbed my gums. As I was waiting for dr to return a person from the office came in and asked for payment or I wouldn't have extraction done. I asked why wasn't this told to me before even doing any work on my mouth. She agreeded that I should have been told. This was not acceptable to me and felted that because my mouth was numbed and was stressed because if the procedure I wrote a check which was not in my budget. I will never have work done at this facility again.
