Dr. Cottam is hands down the BEST oral surgeon I have ever been to. He is FAST as well as kind and easy to talk to. The staff is very kind, quick and efficient. Would come back to get my wisdom teeth removed again if I had to!

removing 4 wisdom teeth at once is not easy, thanks Dr. Beatty for making it less difficulty for patient! I barely need pain killer.

Excellent doctor. We got all 4 wistom tooth extraction for our son in one sitting and the procedure was great. My son was able to go to school the next day. Reason I gave 3 stars is the accounting practice and due dilligence. We paid for part of of the procedure that would not be covered by insurance (in Feb). Insurance actually covered more than that, however the office did not revert back to refund the amount proactively until Apr end. The moment we reached out to them, they did refund the excess amount. I would expect them (any service provider) to be proactive when they overcharge customers to avoid considered this as malpractice.

Just recently moved to the area and needed to have my Wisdom teeth extracted. Summit came highly recommended and I'm glad I contacted them. The entire staff has been amazing and I would definitely recommend them!

Wonderful! From the consultation to the post op the staff and Dr. Paul were friendly, attentive, and thorough. My daughter had five teeth removed with no complications is healing up quickly.

My thirteen year old daughter had wisdom teeth removal( all four) and they explained everything to both her and I so well. Thank you so much for the professionalism that was involved. Even the post-op was thorough for our drive home. Thanks again to those there that helped.

Cannot recommend them enough. I'm 26 and avoided getting my wisdom teeth out for years now. I hate IVs and medical procedures. Leading up to the procedure a month before I got a call outlining the cost and details for the surgery. I was given a # to call Morgan since I expressed major anxiety about needles and sedation. She was kind and spent over 15 minutes on the phone telling me I was in good hands and these are all the options you have to make things more comfortable. Along with calls to check up days before, the front desk staff were kind and quickly got me in. I met with Doina and she was a powerhouse that gave me confidence that I was going to be okay. She even told me when I hesitated about the IV that she wouldn't miss and "you got this girl." Dr. Cottam came in and was so kind and gave us a personal cell phone number for late night inquiries. I got the IV, laughing gas and within minutes I was ready to go home (not really but felt like it). I've been home healing with great instructions and Dr. Cottam himself even called to check in. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for these people for making me feel empowered and comfortable at the same time. You will not be disappointed.

I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Cottam this morning. I was suuuperrrr nervous as it was my first surgery ever but Dr Cottam and his staff talked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. I felt so much better about the procedure as everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dr Cottam even gave me his personal number to call in case any discomfort or issues occur over the next few days while I'm healing. Everyone took great care of me! It's been about 2 hours post-op and I'm feeling well. Would highly recommend!!!

I was super nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed, so much I put it off for over 6 years. But this week I started to feel lots of pain and decided to go ahead and do it. I was recommend Summit Oral Surgeons by Dr. Matt Tanner in Issaquah (amazing office as well!) so I gave them a call and the lady that helped me spent 20 minutes with me on the phone answering ALL my questions with such kindness, she was very compassionate towards my anxiety and help me move thru it. So we schedule the appointment for 3 days later. The day of Dr. Cottman was also extremely compassionate. My experience with most doctors is that they are always in a hurry to do the procedure/get the appointment done. Dr. Cottman was very patient with me, he was lighthearted, funny and again very compassionate. I can't stress this enough! The whole staff was this way. I really think is because of this my experience was truly amazing. I also did some research on them before I went and both Doctors have extensive training and years doing their practice. I know this is kinda weird to say, but I can almost say it was actually kinda fun (what?) I say this, because despite that fact that yes, my mouth is a bit sore and I feel a bit tired (I am writing this the day of the surgery) everything was very pleasant. And I also feel proud of myself from pushing thru my fear which I couldn't have done if it wasn't for this wonderful team. Summit Oral Surgeons is an exceptional example of compassionate, human and caring medical service. Thank you very much to the whole team! Please keep this awesome way!

I had by far the most affordable, professional and pleasant experience with Dr. Cottam. I was referred to him by my Dentist when needing an implant. Being a penny pincher I determined to get a second opinion with another Oral Surgeon in Burien. Her out of pocket estimate and care was nearly 4x the cost Dr. Cottam charged despite the other surgeon being more in-network/preferred by my health insurance. At my first visit with the competitor I had already been charged $100 for a special pano- x-ray they insisted was necessary despite getting the x-rays from my dentist. Dr. Cottam took the time to explain everything and answer questions, both prior, during the procedure itself in extensive technical detail, and afterwords during a follow-up call he made to me to ensure things were healing ok. Just sitting in a moderately full (but punctual) waiting room you know Dr. Cottam is an active experienced practitioner. As compared to the Burien "competition" where the waiting room was empty.

Cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring people at Summit Implants. Every person I encountered from the first contact on the phone to the last goodbye after the procedure was top notch. Dr. Cottam was so kind and the extractions only took a few minutes. He even called personally to see how I was doing later that day. So impressed! We will definetly be back when our two boys need their wisdom teeth out. Thank you Dr. Cottam and staff for such a positive experience!

From the consult to the completion of the recovery, Dr. Beatty, Doina, Ann, and the front desk staff were amazing! They treat each other with respect, and we felt extremely respected and cared for in a comfortable environment. They are extremely knowledgeable and I had no fears with my sons additional health complications. Extremely efficient, loving, informative, and worked very hard to make sure the primary and secondary insurance companies worked together. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my son and ME!!

The place I have ever been too. The staff is so welcoming and actually care about what the problem is. I went in to have a tooth taken out and I was clearly nervous but the assistant Doina was so sweet and put me at ease within minutes. Dr. Beatty was amazing not only was he fast but so professional and extremely kind. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that is having oral problems and They will most definitely be my first call if I need oral care in the future!! Hands down the best!
