Dr. Daryl Potyczka (often referred to often as 'Dr. P') grew up in the Detroit area, knowing that he was destined to be a dentist by the age of 7. He trained at the prestigious University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where he received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), graduating as the youngest dentist in the state.
Prior to starting his dental practice, Dr. Potyczka completed hundreds of course hours in postgraduate dentistry. Always dedicated to the latest dental advancements, Dr. Potyczka has experience that spans more than 20 years as a dentist and has extensive training in the advanced use of digital imaging. A wide range of comprehensive dentistry services is offered at his private practice, with an emphasis on leading edge cosmetic and restorative dentistry as well as reconstructive and implant dentistry. He is frequently among the first dentists who perfect and utilize the newer, more advanced techniques and equipment.

Summit Family Dentistry is the "Go to" place. I've been going there many years and seen Dr Parade. His expertise has always been great from crowns to root canals. I invite all my friends and everyone else to check it out too. You won't be disappointed.

Dr Thomas Prade is the best!! It's a bit of a drive from Scottsdale...but? SO worth it! My son, who is now in his mid-twenties, will not go anywhere else! He, at 22, had ignored a cavity, almost destroyed the root. Dr Prade caught it just in time!! NO root canal! Yay!!! Oh, also? My son, as well as most of us/we? TOTAL dental anxiety. He said Dr Prade took his anxiety from a 10 to a 1, because his now forever dentist took the time to talk with him before the procedure, as well as asking him throughout whether or not he was comfortable. Winner!!!

Dr. Prade is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent dental care. The office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the hygienists are very competent and thorough. We moved from the area but still return to this practice for our dental needs. They have our vote of confidence.

Recently moved to Arizona. Needed to find a good dentist. Summit Family dental was recommended and the reviews were very good. I was very impressed with their cleanliness, attention to detail and equipment sophistication. I found that all those recommendations and great reviews really go to their quality staff who go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I've spent a great deal of time, effort and money on my teeth before moving here and Summit was very well priced and top notch. Getting a great dentist for me was a top priority. Dr. Prade is as good as it gets. I trusted his work and it was perfection. 5 stars & 2 gold medals! Summit has a top rate team and a leader of great experience and quality. 1000 percent recommended.

Great Dentist. Dr. Prade is one of a kind Dentist. He does a great job. I had Kathy cleaning my teeth today and she did a really great job. Sue and Dee are in the front office and will welcome you in.

State of the art equipment and the most professional staff I've experienced within the dentistry industry. They provide the most thorough cleanings and dental care. They are responsive to getting you in for an appointment as well. My entire extended family enjoys their services and recommended them to us!

I was looking for a new dentist as my old one was several hours away and went to Summit Family Dentistry website and attempted to set up an appointment using their online portal. Every single day for the rest of the year and beyond had no available appointments. I went to their facebook page and sent them a message asking if they were actually booked up solid for months or if there was an issue with their system. I sent that message a week ago (thursday) and facebook shows that they saw the message the next day. But its 6 days now and even thou they have seen the message they haven't been bothered to respond. I'm glad their business is doing so well they can ignore customers, but I guess my hunt for a dentist continues.

Best dentist office ever! Amy is the hygienist and she takes excellent care of you for a cleaning and check up. She's the best! On my visit today they noticed a cavity and did the filling right away in about 10 minutes and I was out the door. Really wonderful visit - there's a reason I've kept this dentist after moving across the valley!
