Dr. Welfel is a cum laude graduate of the College of New Jersey & a graduate of Temple Universitys Kornberg School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the New Jersey Dental Association & the Bergen County Dental Association. Dr. Welfel is fluent in Spanish & French. Dr. Welfel focuses on treating children & adults & believes that excellence in patient care can only come through commitment to education & clinical excellence. Her training, education & skills show a wide breadth of knowledge & ability. That way she can provide the highest quality of care to you.
Dr. Naqvi is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. While in dental school, Dr. Naqvi was inducted into the Matthew Cryer Honors Society and received Honors in Community Oral Health and an Achievement Award in Pharmacology and Therapeutics. After dental school, Dr. Naqvi went on to advance her training at Hackensack University Medical Center, where she enhanced her skills in all phases of dentistry, including endodontics, surgical extractions, implant dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Naqvi strives to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile for every patient by focusing on patient needs, delivering clinical excellence, and providing comprehensive dental care. Dr. Naqvi promotes a safe and relaxing dental environment for all her patients through open communication and the latest technologies. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the New Jersey Dental Association.
Dhruti (Also known as Dee) has recently joined the Summit Dentist family. She graduated from Dental College, India with honors (2013). Later she started practicing Dentistry in India. After migrating to America, she began working for a Dentist as a Front Office Associate in New Jersey. Later, she was promoted to the Office Manager position. She currently holds the title of Insurance and Claims Coordinator at our office. In her management career, she has 12+ years of experience, and is well acquainted with all the aspects of dentistry. Her favorite thing is interacting with new people and making them smile. Dhruti is very passionate about customer satisfaction. She walks with confidence in her life and enjoys mentoring and coaching others in all areas of the dental office. In her free time she enjoys learning how to cook new cuisines, being social and travelling. She is very positive and outgoing like the rest of our Summit Dentist Team!

Kavita received her bachelors degree in biology from Montclair State University & graduated from the University of Medicine & Dentistry New Jersey Dental Hygiene Program. She has been in the dental field for 13 years & were lucky to have her on our team. Her philosophy always puts her patients first. Her dedication to ensure a complete understanding of how important good dental hygiene is to a healthy body is what makes her such an important part of our dental office.
