Dr Alexander M and his assistant were very professional and kind. The whole staff in the office is nice and friendly. Wait time was decent as expected, overall great experience for my treatment.

Been coming here since they open this location, they're really good taking your money and insurance, but now that Dr. Nguyen is not there they really good at throwing an attitude not only on the phone but in person. Guess I'm going to start looking for a new dentist for our family. Disappointed from this place. Male receptionist was rude, raised his voice at me and laughed at me. I only have one day off a week and he acted like it was my fault. Clearly he needs training in customer service.

Dental assistant had audacity to ask if my toddler was autistic because my child is obviously scared to go to dentist ( what child is not) . My child is not autistic and if he was what difference does it make to you. Did your few months of school not teach you how to deal/ comfort a child? Dentist was great as well as other staff, dental assistant /hygienist or whatever her title is needs to take 9 month course on manners and worry about the task at hand, you are not a psychiatrist so don't act the part.

Dr. Nguyen and his team of Oscar and Karla worked exceptionally well together. He explained all treatment options with great detail with no pressure on any option to choose. He provided feedback on which option he would choose and why with his experience as a dentist and expertise. All staff at this location was professional and always had their mask on for the Covid protocol which made me feel safe.

It was really calming the doctors made my visit very smooth and quick. I was always being asked if I was ok and needed anything. This has overall been my best experience. My doctors were Dr. Nguyen and Da. Karla.

The reason why I didn't go there after my exam was because my aunt told me they weren't cleaning their instruments properly. Also, because it was to expensive and turns out the other dentist that I went too told me I only had 2 cavities and they told me I needed 10. I felt like I was just being taken advantage of but didn't happen.

I had the perfect visit today. I went in for an molar extraction and didn't feel a thing. I was so nervous before going in, I was even shaking a little but Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable and relaxed. In just a few minutes everything was done and I was happy how everything came out. I would recommend everyone to come and see him. He is a great Doctor. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for today and all the staff too. They all made me feel welcomed, such a pleasant experience.

I have brought all of my children here for several years. They love the staff here. The staff is very friendly and personable. The wait time is very minable and I can typically get an appointment same day. I will continue to bring my family here for their dental needs.

Summit dental on Woodforest is always super professional and kind! The front desk staff is always helpful. Dr. Hsu and Nicole were great! Both made me feel very comfortable.

Every time That I am at Summit dental Woodforest, it is awesome. I am greated and treated nicely. Any questions that I ask are answered. The staff there are some of the nicest that I've met.
