Dr. Trujillo is a native New Mexican. She graduated from New Mexico State University and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she was awarded the Excellence in Operative Dentistry Award by Academy of Operative Dentistry. Currently living and practicing in Ruidoso, Dr. Trujillo strives to provide quality care, by listening and understanding her patients needs. Dr. Kendal Trujillo is passionate about continuing her education to bring her patients the most advanced techniques and knowledge for their dental health. Away from the office Dr. Trujillo enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys skiing, hiking, biking and other outdoor adventures.
Jaclyn joined our team in 2018. She has 17 years of experience in the medical field in Texas, 10 in the hospital and 7 with a private surgical oncologist. She loves being part of a dental family that cares about our patients as well as each other. Jaclyn works hard to provide compassionate care and takes a genuine interest in the health of our patients. She is married with five beautiful grandchildren. Jaclyn loves being outdoors, and can often be found hiking, hunting, camping or fishing.
Natalie joined our office in early 2021 but has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2013. She was born and raised in Northern California and worked as a Dental Assistant before graduating Dental Hygiene program from Carrington College California in Sacramento. Natalie loves to educate patients on oral hygiene and takes great care in providing each patient with the best personalized treatment she can. She really enjoys working with our team and has found her dental home! Outside of work, Natalie and her husband have a small cattle operation and love to spend time on the ranch with their families and working with the animals. She also runs a small leather company out of their home!
Renee was born and raised in Las Cruces New Mexico where she worked as a dental receptionist for 11 years. She later received her degrees in Public Health and Applied Science of Dental Hygiene from New Mexico State University/Dona Ana Community College in 2019. Renee is extremely devoted to educating her patients on their individual dental needs while creating a comfortable and friendly experience. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and crocheting.
Isabel earned her dental assisting diploma in 2015 from Penn Foster College and then joined the Summit Dental family in 2019. Isabel truly enjoys being able to help each patient feel informed and comfortable throughout their dental visit. Isabel finds such joy when she is able to see the happiness in a patients smile after their dental procedure. When not at work, Isabel enjoys spending time with her husband, especially finding new adventures outdoors. Family time is very important to Isabel and loves making memories shopping, baking, crafting or just watching movies with the family. Isabels favorite saying is You dont have to floss all of your teeth, just the ones you want to keep!
Kady is a native to the area, born in Alamogordo and lives in Bent. She graduated from Donna Ana Community College in 2011. After graduation, she made the move to the Albuquerque area where she started her dental career, quickly making a name for herself. She has worked in all areas in the dental field and enjoys oral surgery the most. Kady was offered a one year contract with the Air Force in 2017 as a Surgery Tech and enjoyed filling her days with wisdom teeth surgeries. In 2020, she moved back home to the area and then started her position with Summit Dental. She takes great pride in being a part of a team who truly enjoys taking care of patients and exceeding their expectations. Her outgoing personality and warm nature, Kady welcomes patients in her chair with ease. On Kadys free time she can be found doing anything outdoors like visiting the horse race track, hunting, fishing, and hiking are only a few to be named. Kady loves to compete in Team Roping as a Header and her two little boys compete in rodeo as well!

Just had my first visit for evaluation of a fractured tooth and from the moment I called to make an appointment to meeting with Dr Trujillo...very professional, knowledgeable and caring! Like most, dentistry is not a usually a fun experience, but Summit Dental sure makes it easier

Best dentist office I have visited in a long time. Very organized, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you, Dr. Trujillo, for suggesting a plan to help with my frequent headaches! And thank you to your hygienists for volunteering to help out the kiddos in our area!!

My daughter has high anxiety about the dentist. She is always put to ease with every visit. This last visit required actual dental work. She was extremely nervous! Dr. Trujillo and staff was so good with her and she left happy. When I asked her if she felt the shot, she said, "I got a shot?!". Great job Summit Dental! We are more than happy.

Dr. Trujillo was the best dentist that I have experienced in my 61 years of life, she was patient, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Her work ethic and skills amazed me. She was very gentle but efficient with my needs. I would never go to another dentist!!! My experience was very positive and would recommend Summit Dental to all of my friends. The office staff was friendly and very accommodating, I couldn't have had a better experience!!! Thank you Dr. Trujillo and Staff!!!!

My experience is one I hope I can soon forget! I am putting this out there, because I love my community,and don't wish my experience on anyone else. She likes the ole bait and switch method. She knows how to say all of the right things in the beginning, then once she get her money, you become absolutely nothing to her. She has a sign on a high enough shelf where you don't see it that says "no crisis today, my schedule is full" she means every word of that. She will dismiss, discredit and disregard. I suffered from malnutrition because of her neglect. Please, if she would do it to me, she would do it to you! Don't go thru what I had to. You have to trust your dentist and she has no problem being untrustworthy!

Dr. Trujillo's office is located centrally, for any of you newcomers. I for one, am deathly afraid of needles and Dentist drills. Had to get a crown due to a cracked tooth, and well let me tell ya, I was Overly impressed at the service. When you first walk in, the office is not only esthetically pleasing to the eye, the staff welcomes you in and makes you feel at home. Dr. Trujillo's "chair-side manner" was exceptional, her assistant was thorough and careful. As I said before, I was afraid of needles, but they took great care to make sure I was comfortable during and before each process of my procedure. Overall I have to say that I will be back. I recommend anyone who is scared, or just nervous about dentists, to please check this gem.

This place took over made an apt after Dylan left for me they lost my apt said they would reschedule, they tried to Squeeze me into the next morning and I told them I could not due to work then they never got back to me I left several messages trying to reschedule my cleaning. Finding a reliable place, its awful this dentistry took over!

I have gone to Dr. Trujillo for 2 years. She is an amazing dentist ! She is very professional , yet so gentle and kind. She has a wonderful personality and she makes everyone feel welcome and important. Dr. Trujillo has a wonderful staff. They are very caring ,funny and make everyone feel like family , and they all go the extra mile for all of their patients . I highly recommend Dr . Trujillo for all your dental needs. They are all great .

The staff & techs are great. WARNING! DR? KENDAL TRUJILLO Worst dentist I have been to in my 64 years! My first visit allegedly revealed multiple problem areas and replacing 2 bridges, very pricey! The appt to replace a bridge today began horribly! 1) Dr? Trujillo didn't let the numbing gel absorb before she injected roof of mouth & gum w numbing agent 2) THE INJECTIONS WERE SO AGGRESIVE AND PAINFUL, I ALMOST BOLTED OUT OF CHAIR!! 3) The numbness wore off 30 minutes into the procedure & HAD TO BE INJECTED AGAIN- AS PAINFUL AS 1st TIME AND STILL DIDNT WORK! I've never had a problem like this w other dentists! I have to return to have permenant bridge put on AND IM TERRIFIED! DEFINATELY FINDING ANOTHER DENTIST TO FINISH WHAT SHE STARTED !! RESEARCH THIS DR? Before booking appt!!
