They never answer their phone

I had to get my impacted wisdom teeth out ,all four of them because I couldn't close my jaw. I haven't been too a dentist in 5 years because last time they worked on my teeth I had them flatten my two front teeth and instead they drilled into my teeth and put a filling in its place to mold my front teeth which is not what I asked for . But they ended up pulling my four wisdom teeth at the same time and I asked them do I need stitches? They said no . 1 week later it gets infected and I ended up going to the hospital over it , guess what the ER said ? They said they should have stitched you up. Then the next day after the ER I call summit dental again and asked the same question and said I don't need stitches so I get on the phone with a more professional dentist office and guess what stitches are required. Its now been 4 months my gums are healed open and food still gets stuck in the holes. Don't bother with this place if you like your teeth. They will lie to your face and they will do half as*ed work. Thanks for the reminder of why I don't go to dentist again though your a scam.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS DENTIST OFFICE I HAVE A ABCESS TOOTH I HAVE SOMETHING EMBEDDED IN MY GUM THE EMERGENCY ROOM WASN'T ABLE TO REMOVE IT AFTER LING TOTURE AND HOURS OF PAIN THEY MADE IT WORSE THEN I TRY TO CALL FOR 2DAYS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FINALLY AFTER WHAT SEEM LIKE HUNDRED PHONE CALLS DISAPPOINTMENT ANSWERS THE PHONE AND SAYS U HAVE TO WAIT 3WEEKS APPOINTMENT LADY IM GOING TO DIE BY THEN OR HAVE A STROKE FROM THE POISON THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP DEF LOOKING FOR NEW DENTIST OFFICE TODAY

After having a horrible experience at AAS i have put off going to the dentist for yrs. Well no more! I found my ppl and my dentist. Summit is just wonderful! So caring so kind and just what ppl need who are scared to see a dentist. Thank you dave and all for changing my Perspective on how a office should be run.

I believe their reception and records staff needs replaced immediately. They do not answer the phones at all. I have to travel 14 miles round trip just to fkn talk to someone...

Don't even bother calling they don't pick up, only time I make contact is showing up there in person and the lobby only ever has 2 people max in it, extremely unprofessional and lazy!

Sometimes it can be hard to get them on the phone so you go in! Otherwise this place is great! Everyone is nice and do fantastic jobs!

If I could give them a zero is would. They do not answer the phone and they do not return some calls when you leave messages. This has been the worst dental experience that I have ever had. I actually had to file a formal complaint with the insurance company

I was referred here for dentures. After I had a tooth extracted from my regular dentist, I was scheduled for another extraction that same week. I let them know that I needed to reschedule that appt. for a week or more away. They were all bent out of shape about my wanting to reschedule so they cancelled me out to never return! Not concerned about my well being at all just that some hungry dentist very upset that he couldn't do surgery on that day! I have insurance but still out here trying to find somewhere to get a partial.

Don't waste your time with this dental provider! They are horrible!!! Very unprofessional and rude. The staff is worthless!

Tammy is a saint, very professional, patient, and knows every function of her job.The only problem is trying to reach the office no one is returning the phone calls but if you owe a bill then the office will reach out.

NOBODY picks up the phone. Tried calling 4 different times and nothing. Phone call gets denied immediately after i call again.

The receptionist always gets back to me super fast. I know they are a busy office , which means a lot. Especially during COVID. I would like to thank (Tammy) ? I think is her name for always going above and beyond to help!
